The business owners of this company have been absolutely amazing! They have answered all my 101 questions, nothing was ever too much for them and they responded so quick to every query we had!

As for the dresses, well they were outstanding! Every single dress was absolutely beautiful, the colour of the dresses were glowing in the light and the material was lovely! Everyone at our wedding commented on how nice the bridesmaids dresses were!

We will be forever grateful guys! Thank you so so much! We will be back shopping soon!

I’ve always been obsessed with TH&TH dresses so when my sister got married I convinced her to let us wear the satin Camilla and Isla dresses in sage colour and we absolutely LOVED them. They were so comfortable and felt so soft and luxurious and we felt like a million dollars in them. Our order process was so smooth and arrived within a few days, we were super happy when we received the parcel. Will definitely wear the dress again too for another event as they’re so contemporary they didn’t feel like a “bridesmaid dress”

I wore the red Alara gown for our Chinese Tea Ceremony on our wedding day and it was perfect! I got so many compliments on how beautiful the dress was, really well made lovely material with a gorgeous open back, would highly recommend!

Best customer service ever! I had purchased a bridesmaid dress from TH&TH a couple months ago which does not currently fit due to medical problems the past few months. Lee was so kind to send me another size with next day delivery as I needed the dress in short notice. They go above and beyond to provide a great service.

They seem to be having a little issue with distribution, placed three orders in total with them. First order was fine as the trial but then the second came incorrect with a wrong size but correct dress style but now the third has arrived and it’s the size I ordered on my second order in the wrong dress style. Not great due to having to pay for returns each time and one still hasn’t been processed even though delivered back on the 21st. Having to send back this third order as they don’t offer exchanges so not a great experience so far.

As an anxious bride to be all the details of planning a wedding can be very stressful.
I had originally ordered my bridesmaids dresses in March 2023 and due to some unexpected circumstances we had to change our wedding date which unfortunately meant our original bridesmaids dresses did not tie in with the new season.
I had explained this to the company who were more than accommodating in helping me exchange the dresses to a more appropriate colour and style and the customer service experience was undeniably the best I’ve ever had from any company.
Lee handled the situation first class and the communication was also excellent.
I’ve really appreciated my experience with TH&TH so much so I will be recommending the company to anyone who will listen lol.
Not also to mention each dress I’ve ordered I absolutely love them all the quality, shape and style has been fab!

Excellent service. We had a problem with a wrong sized bridesmaid dress which we returned and TH&TH posted a new one immediately.

I ordered a bridal dress from TH&TH and took it to one of their recommended alterations companies. However, after the alterations the dress was un-wearable which left me in a panic. I emailed TH&TH about the problem and Lee was lovely. She offered to send me a replacement dress out which was so kind. I am really grateful as this has all happened the month before I am due to get married. I would recommend TH&TH to friends & family in the future. Thanks, Rosie :)

I remember seeing the original stunning Alara dress a few years back at my friends wedding and couldn’t wait to dress my own best girls in TH&TH. 4 years on, I ordered Bardot and was highly impressed. The dresses themselves are of a high quality and they fitted all my girls perfectly, except for one - but the customer service team dealt with the return really quickly and we had a new size sent within a week that fitted perfectly. I was so happy with the service every step of the way, from ordering and all the info I was emailed when I got in touch to ask some Q’s, to how the dresses arrived (the packaging is beautiful) to the aftercare correspondence and the team genuinely wanting to know how it all went. I can’t recommend this brand enough, they have made bridesmaid dress shopping a delight and the value for money is the best around.

Ordered 3 dresses for my summer wedding in contrasting pastel colours, the arrived quickly and are so beautiful! The bridesmaids are elated with them, as the fit and colours are perfect 😍 They are thrilled to have dresses they are likely to wear again at summer parties 🎉 Couldn’t have asked for better service, Lou answered all my questions very promptly and efficiently- cannot recommend TH&TH enough to make your dream wedding come true 🥰

Ordered the Isla dress online for my 5 bridesmaids in accordance with the size chart and the bridesmaids exact measurements, not a single dress was inline with the stated size chart measurements, all dresses were at least 1 size too big and in some cases 2 sizes too big.
Therefore had to return 4 dresses. The returns process is convoluted and inefficient. I completed the online return form for each order I wanted to return and was told to arrange my own postage back to their warehouse at my own cost. I expected to receive confirmation that my dresses had been received by TH&TH and that the returns were being processed, when 3 weeks had past and I’d received nothing I followed up only to be told that they don’t do that, they only send an email once the refund had been processed. A bit strange but was ok with this and I then expected to receive the refund shortly after this. It’s been 4 weeks, I’ve received confirmation from the customer service manager that my returns have been received and are being refunded once Finance get around to doing this. I’ve followed up several times and so far have received refunds for 2 dresses, the other 2 are outstanding. Terrible customer service and potentially a cash flow issue. I wouldn’t recommend any brides to buy from here, it’s not worth the unnecessary stress when planning a wedding.
