After returning 2 bridesmaid dresses of £320 worth, I received confirmation by Royal Mail they’d been delivered, but after a few days hadn’t had any confirmation from Th&Th. I chased this up to then have it confirmed 8 working days after it had been delivered that my return was accepted and being processed and it takes up to 14 days for them receiving the parcel for me to receive the refund. After 17 working days still nothing to my account, and after sending another email a few days later I received a manual refund via PayPal. I still haven’t received a reply to my email asking where my refund was, however.
Due to the significant delays I had to pay the amount off my credit card, and it was a huge amount to be without when I’m planning my wedding. I’m so disappointed and despite their beautiful dresses, would caution anyone ordering from them as the communication is poor and refunds extremely slow which is insensitive when they’re in the wedding & bridal business. I believe that if I hadn’t chased up at every step I’d probably never have received my money back.

Louie is a fantastic representative of TH&TH bridesmaids. They provide great customer service and great quality. I would highly recommend their prompt, efficient and friendly service. Absolutely fantastic!

I fell in love with the beautiful design in a store in HK and am determined to wear the elegant Camilla dress on my engagement day! The local store did not carry my size, so I ordered one online. Unfortunately, the delivery was unsuccessful due to my mistake regarding the address. The entire team pulled a MIRACLE to help me locate one of my sizes from their founder, who miraculously carried a selection in HK, and mailed it to me just in time! I am genuinely thankful for all the extra efforts from the team, and it would only be possible for a wonderful thing to happen with a small, caring, and lovely business. I hope the team grows and prospers, and I will definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a perfect dress from a perfect team!

Customer service was super quick to help- A very professional and friendly service all round, they understood the urgency of getting what I needed and sorting a return out as quickly as possible so that I could swop a few sizes.

Absolute nightmare trying to return dresses. Naturally, my bridesmaids wanted to try on a few different styles in different sizes, and given the seemingly straightforward returns policy we thought why not. Not only are the admin team extremely slow to respond, TH&TH have received the items over two weeks ago and no refund has been issued. As a bride, there are 1 million other things for me to be planning and stressed about. This has added to my plate of admin that I’m trying to juggle and for £100ish per dress the customer service is despicable. Stop using the ‘oh we’re just a small business and have issues’ card. TH&TH are taking advantage of the fact that some people will be too busy to chase, nag or remind your admin team to send refunds. Disappointed and honestly the worst supplier I have encountered through my wedding planning. Temu was better.

Be certain you don't want to return your item before you buy it.

The dress arrived with a stain, they did offer me money off to keep it but I chose to return it as it put me off (which costs me money but I didn't argue). You can't just generate a return label yourself, like any other online shop, you have to go through a rigmarole to get it generated which takes over a day.

They say they will refund you within 14 working days but it's been 14 working days and I haven't received a refund so I've had to reach out to them to try and get that done. It's hassle that I really don't need and taken so long I've had to pay it off my credit card.

Meanwhile the dress I ordered to try the same day from another company had free, instantly generated returns and they refunded me within 48 hours of my return being received.

TH&TH is an absolute game changer when it comes to bridesmaid dresses! From the moment I found them, I just knew my girls were going to look stunning!

The dresses are next-level gorgeous, the fabric feels so luxe, the fit was spot on, and the colors? Obsessed!! My bridesmaids felt amazing when they tried them on last week.

And can we talk about the customer service? Absolute angels. Super helpful, quick to respond, and they made the whole process so easy. No stress, no drama, just beautiful dresses.

The most beautiful dresses! My bridesmaids wore camilla, celeste and cecilia in roseberry velvet. I was a little nervous ordering online, worried what the quality would be like however I needn't have worried. Quality was incredible, lovely material, flattering shapes (especially for a post partum bridesmaid and 6 month pregnant bridemaid!). A couple of my bridesmaids are tall but the length of the dresses was perfect. A little more expensive than other places but you get what you pay for.

Daylight robbery. I ordered a dress for my bridesmaid, the company did not charge enough for postage so she had to travel over a half an hour to collect it from holding at Royal Mail and pay for it to be released. The dress was unfortunately too big and had to be returned, I generated the appropriate return label and my sister dropped it to the Royal Mail office. Again, the company did not charge enough for returns and it was in holding for the company to collect and pay. I was informed by customer service that they would pay and collect the dress and refund me the money for the dress. It is over a month now and this has not happened and I cannot get a response from them. I am very disappointed having read a lot of positive reviews on this company. I would not recommend to a friend.

Bought 4 Athena dresses with constellation belts in emerald colour. The colour is exactly what I was looking for, almost teal it's so pretty. The material quality is super and the style is so beautiful. Love that this is a small British company to support, of three friends. Their customer services have been great from trying on different dresses and returning. All the bridesmaids felt comfortable in the dress and I would recommend them to everyone. I found it hard to find a bridesmaid dress online worrying about what the quality was like for the price too. Really glad I found TH&TH for the perfect bridesmaid dresses, so happy with them.

Our bridesmaids dresses from TH&TH were absolutely perfect! We got married last weekend and my girls looked and felt stunning. They were so happy with the comfort of the dresses and the amount of fabric meant they moved beautifully. We went for a mix of Camilla and Isla in Champagne and Sage.

From the outset, the team were incredibly helpful. We visited Louie at the warehouse to purchase two of them, and she was so helpful even when we had to exchange one of the dresses twice for larger sizes due to one of the bridesmaid being pregnant.

What a business this is. From my initial search (albeit trepidatious in my post baby howamigoingtolookmarginallyacceptableinabridesmaiddress body!) to delivery, to communication... I not only found PRECISLEY what I was looking for, but also had the pleasure of dealing with Louie, who I believe to be one of the company founders, but also an angel sent by the Bridal Goddesses above. She made everything so phenomenally seamless, enjoyable, accessible, joyful - I'd sing her praises to any who'd listen. I'm sure my fellow BMs now feel I work for TH&TH on commission as not a day goes by without speaking of them and their incomparable customer service.

Making women feel comfortable at a time where they could feel quite vulnerable is an art - and my god, they've got it right.

TH&TH went above and beyond to help me find my perfect bridesmaid dresses. I have a range of ages of my bridesmaids and their bardot dress was perfect for every body shape. The girls went above and beyond to help me source all the sizes I need! Customer service is 10/10! I cannot wait for my girls to wear them.

My bridesmaids wore the Camilla dress in champagne for our wedding, which I purchased directly from TH&TH and they were incredible!
For being made out of satin, these dresses were SO flattering and look beautiful on all shapes and sizes. If you are looking for a brand that is size inclusive for bridesmaids dresses, this is the one! 🤍 I searched high and low for dresses that I liked, that would look good on my girls, that they would feel comfortable in and that I would be able to order in all the sizes I needed these were perfect. They have so many different shapes in the same shades if you wanted to mix and match but I would personally recommend the Camilla dress to anyone!

Order arrived quickly. The dresses are amazing quality, colour is exactly as described online. However there seems to be a major issue with sizing. I am usually a 12-14, and ordered a 14 and 16 just in case I needed to size up. However the 14 and 16 were way way off. I have now had to return and order the next two sizes. Please please sort your sizing out, customers should be able to order their usual size or the size up just to be "safe" without having either of them not be anywhere near accurate.

I ordered the Camilla long sleeved velvet dress in Roseberry for a dear friend's very special milestone birthday event in November. I am both tall and plus size, and finding the right dress was something of a quest! The dress arrived yesterday and when I tried it on, it was just joyful. The colour is even better than in the images, the material is soft, it's beautifully cut to flatter and is comfortable. I can't wait to wear it.
