Buyer Beware

I called customer support before starting my return and was explicitly told I was within the 60-day window and would have no problems. I followed every step they instructed me to take — and they still denied my refund, claiming I was now outside the return period.

This isn't a misunderstanding. They confirmed I was eligible, gave me the runaround, and then used their own delays as grounds to deny me. The product didn't even work — I only used it for 30 days before giving up on it. They advertise a 60-day money back guarantee, but don't count on it. Don't waste your money on this product.

Ineffective at boosting T-levels

Started taking testoprime for fatigue and lack of energy. I never really saw an increase after taking the recommended 4 capsules/day. I had my T-levels drawn prior to starting and my total-T was 385 with free-T being 72. After taking 3 months of the supplement I had it redrawn and my total-T was 291 and free-T was 57. Would not recommend. I do not smoke, drink, and was eating healthy trying to lose weight. This did nothing to help that process. The customer service department was easy to work with (but that has nothing to do with the results of the product).

Extremely Poor Service

Two times in a row my account was debited and it took over 3 weeks for the product to arrive. I spoke with a customer service rep to cancel my subscription. She said it was done but the next month my account was debited again,

They mess up, I have to Pay!!

They shipped out product that I had canceled. Then they want me to pay to return it. Absolutely terrible customer service. I canceled the order due to the first round not giving me the results I was hoping for. Plus, swallowing 4 large capsules everyday gets a little old.

Update due to reply: this was purchased under my wife’s name due to her being on the Shop account. I will call to have this made right. I’ll update this review again once I get closure.

Une cure de 3 mois n'a absolument rien donnée ! Aucun effet. Le comble, quelques jours avant les 3 mois, j'ai reçu un mail m'informant l'envoi de ma nouvelle commande ?? En regardant de plus près ma 1ère commande, je constate qu'une option, peu visible, sous forme d'abonnement est automatiquement cochée lors de la commande d'où l'envoi automatique d'une nouvelle commande avec débit de la somme sur mon compte : je trouve ça aberrant et limite frauduleux ! Alors attention si vous voulez tout de même commander... J'attends de leur nouvelle pour faire cesser ce pseudo abonnement !

Tried this after another one I was using raised their price. Haven’t really noticed any substantial difference over the previous product. However, their subscription service is pretty bad. Zero communication when items are backlogged charges are applied immediately even though you won’t get your product for a month or more. I likt to try the product but payment method is tricky

I likt to try the product from Netherlands, as I did some research and TestoPrime seems good product to me. However it’s only and only subscription based. It automatically deducts unless you cancel it for the next order. There’s no other option. There’s no one time purchase. I don’t understand how this strategy can be profitable for the company . If I order and like the product, naturally I will order next time as well ( and also recommend to others), but now I’m doubtful, even the price of product is totally ok with me .

Update: Thank you for the reply, I ordered the Product under #4977 . However it went only as subscription payment (and monthly).
But It's ok anyway. I don't mind. I will wait to test the product. If it works for me , most likely I will continue using it, and will edit my review. If it is not goed (for me), I don't bother to write more. It was just part of trial and error (sounds a simple shopping, already became like a story)

Pubblicità ingannevole e prodotto inefficace.
Ho acquistato 3 confezioni di TestoPrime, convinto dalle loro promesse pubblicitarie di aumento naturale del testosterone, maggiore energia e concentrazione.

Prima di iniziare il trattamento, ho effettuato un esame del testosterone: valore 4,2 ng/mL.
Dopo un mese di assunzione regolare, 4 capsule al giorno come da istruzioni, ho rifatto le analisi: valore sceso a 3,6 ng/mL.

In pratica, non solo non funziona, ma ha peggiorato i valori.

Ho contattato l’assistenza fornendo prove mediche e chiedendo il rimborso: mi è stato risposto con una trafila assurda di procedure e condizioni, quasi a scoraggiare chiunque dal reclamare.

È chiaro che si tratta di pubblicità ingannevole, basata su testimonianze “miracolose” che non trovano alcun riscontro nella realtà.

In sostanza: ho buttato 100 € per un placebo, con risultati negativi e perdita di tempo.

Definitely worth a go

I'm now on my second lot, I was a bit dubious at first as I've been into fitness for many of my 52 years and have never used anything like this, but the last year I'd been struggling a little bit with tiredness,tried a lot of things to sort it and nothing was working, so gave testo a shot. It turned up on the Saturday morning while I was out I decided to drop the first dose around 1:30 pm just to get it in my system not sure if it was that placebo effect but at 3:30pm I was in the garden chopping down a little tree I'd been putting off for weeks after mowing the grass I'd also been putting off, my energy came back and stayed back,took a month off to see the difference by the third week I was getting tired again so got me some more and will continue to use

Be VERY VERY wary of dealing either this company

Be VERY VERY wary of dealing with this company. Took initial bundle offer, received and tried. Felt no effects at all (which is fair enough as won’t work for everyone) so cancelled subscription. 3 weeks later, received another 3 bottles which I never ordered. Emailed to return and was accepted, AT MY COST. Paid for tracked and signed for delivery, which they received at 1034 on 22nd August (now 10 days ago). So far NO REFUND. Emailed 5 times now only to be fobbed off time and time again with “thanks for patience, we have passed to the return dept etc etc”. Absolute nonsense. I will be making a claim through my bank to recover the £90. As per title BE VERY VERY wary of dealing with this company. Oh, and before they try to defend themselves with their usual “we don’t recognise you by name as having purchased etc etc” my order number (for you to trace me) is 19902 and RMA# 3496640. Abysmal company.

I am here merely as an observer

I am here merely as an observer, as I've not tried the product. However, judging by the numerous 1 to 3 star reviews, it does not instil confidence. Too many businesses, including the supplements kind, are just in for the profit.

All too often the words (or similar) 'we’re really sorry for the inconvenience. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide', are echoed, and much of it without real substance, as negative reviews remain consistent.

I also want to point out that this company's website looks so over glorified, with the wording to go with it. It reminds of how North American companies create their adverting. It's so over the top and unnecessary. The more you paint over paint, the less genuine it looks.

The reason for giving 3 stars is just for neutrality.

Received expired product both times I've ordered from them

I've ordered directly from this company twice. Both times they have shipped me expired product. Then they ripped me off when they reshipped replacement. I paid for 3 bottles, and they only shipped 2 and they refused to ship the 3rd bottle. Super shady company. Don't order this brand.

Fraud

I purchased the Teto prime it made my heart rate. I forgot to cancel my subscription so I got a second monthly delivery I requested a return and refund as I had not opened my second delivery. The sales team told me they would accept my delivery, but get me in contact with the return service. The return service has not contacted me in two weeks I have sent multiple emails. This is all one giant scam so they can get me out of the return window and not give me my money back which I believe is technically fraud.
