Worst experience I’ve ever had with a transporter. Set a price promise me that’s price. Next day calls price is now 200$ more. I agree only if the car is picked up when supposed to be. Well came 6 hrs late. Then tell me will be delivered Sunday am. Haven’t heard anything so I reach out now it’s Monday or Tuesday. 00000 communication, now who knows where my car is being dragged all over. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS DO NOT. Spend the money use a real company that you deal with directly. Oh and I find carrier that’s bringing car….been in business 2 months. That tells you how much background checking they do. If you like your car DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS

This is the second time we have turned to Tertoro to transport my snowbirding mother’s 2019 Honda HRV between New York and Florida. I reached out to Dane via text mid-March to schedule a 3/27/24 pickup. He replied immediately and emailed me a link for the contract. It was a very-streamlined process requiring very little effort on my part. Just as before, Dane was able to secure a driver for the job on the exact date I had requested. The driver was great, meeting my 88 yo mom at the entrance of her gated community and driving her back to her condo before loading her car onto his trailer. The cost of the transport even reflected a discount as we are repeat customers. Dane stayed in contact with me throughout the process, up until the point of delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend Tertoro. They are professional, reliable and aim to please.

Booked Tertoro to ship my car and then day of pickup they called me and said the driver had cancelled and they found me another driver for $200 more than the price I booked at. I was leaving the state the following day so said I would pay that if they came that day. Waited during my pickup window and driver then contacted me saying they would have to pick it up the next day. Found the process extremely frustrating, and Tertero was always unresponsive after 4PM. Main line would never work. Had to follow up with driver multiple times after the week trip to get an ETA when my car would arrive. Tertoro never reached out how the process went or helped facilitate with the driver. I was worried I’d even get my car back as the driver suggested I just leave my keys somewhere! I’ve used other shipping companies and while I know there’s always delays etc, Tertoro was not communicative and would not honor my original booking price.

Chris did a great job quickly finding me a transportation option for my vehicle that came in under the competition’s price. Shipping was easy, no drama or issues!

Cooper was awesome and the company was honest.

Wonderful company to work with. Very professional and courteous. Quickly responds to answer questions. I would certainly recommend them to anyone that wants to ship a car.
