Disastrous service – completely failed inspection and cost me £444!
I hired this company for a full end-of-tenancy clean, and their work was an absolute joke. My letting agency failed the property so badly that they actually thought the flat hadn't been cleaned at all, stating it wasn't even up to a basic domestic standard.
The agency's checkout report highlighted horrific misses across every single room, including:
• Bathrooms: Heavily stained toilets, heavy limescale on the kitchen sink/shower glass, and thick dust on all mirrors and vent caps.
• Kitchen: Heavy grease build-up left on the hob, a dirty washing machine seal full of hair/confetti, and thick soap build-up in the drawer.
• General Areas: All skirting boards were left thick with dust, floors were uncleaned, heavy dirt marks were left on the balcony glass, and trash/debris (including broken balloon pieces) was left completely untouched under the beds.
Because their initial work was so incredibly substandard, the agency flatly refused to let them back into the property to fix it. The agency had to hire their own contractors, and I am now stuck with a £444 penalty charge for a full re-clean. I made a complain and all they could do was a refund of 10% only.
If you are a tenant trying to get your deposit back, do not trust this company. They will take your money, leave the place filthy, and cost you hundreds of pounds in landlord penalties. Absolute scam of a service.

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service. However, we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your complaint for the benefit of anyone reading this review.
The property was in a particularly poor condition, and our cleaning team did their best to accommodate the service under the circumstances. You raised your complaint at approximately 8 pm on the 25th, and by 2 pm the following day, we had offered a free-of-charge re-clean to address the areas of concern you had raised.
We responded promptly to your complaint and provided an opportunity to resolve the matter. However, you declined our offer, explaining that your letting agency had already arranged for another cleaning company to attend the property. This meant we were unable to carry out the proposed re-clean, which is contrary to the terms of our guarantee, under which customers must accept an offered re-clean as the first opportunity to resolve cleaning concerns.
Under these circumstances, you were not eligible for compensation under our guarantee terms. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a 10% refund, which you accepted and received.
We understand your frustration regarding the additional charges imposed by your letting agency. However, we believe it is important to clarify that we offered a practical resolution promptly, but the opportunity to address the reported issues through our own re-clean service was declined.
We remain committed to resolving genuine customer concerns fairly and in accordance with our service terms. We respectfully believe that this review does not reflect the full circumstances or the resolution we offered.

WOULDN'T GIVE THEM A STAR RATING IF POSSIBLE! DISGUSTING SERVE AND A BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS!

This company is an utter scam. We paid for an end-of-tenancy cleaning which wasn't completed to any sort of standard, and also paid for furniture to be cut up and removed from the property. The furniture was left on top of an already full skip that was not connected to the company. We asked for a reclean and for the furniture to be removed from the skip, which was stressful to organise, and upon 'the team' returning to the property, they said they were unaware of the requests and would only remove the furniture or do the reclean. They said they should be able to use the skip if it was there; however, the skip should have been collected and therefore not available anyhow. They were there for 20 minutes, wiped 1 skirting board and then left again. They took only some of the furniture and left the rest on the front lawn, promising to return later that day (this happened this morning, and I am doubtful they will return). I have written to the complaints team demanding my money back. I am also going to Trading Standards about this complete farce of a company. Do not go near them!

I'm sending you this message to let you know am not happy with your service. I have sent you guys text messages no response. I fill the survey but can’t submit it.
Firstly it was the time that keeps changing from 9am to pass 3pm.
The apartment i paid you guys to clean wasn’t cleaned at all. so many things were omitted and some not properly cleaned. 2 kitchen cabinets was omitting and the stove wasn't cleaned properly even the kitchen sink. I paid for 5 curtains to be cleaned just 4 was cleaned, how's it that's fair
Now I had to get cleaning supplies to do it myself after paying that much and i still lost part of my deposit because it came back a domestic cleaning meanwhile i paid professional to do the job.

Unfortunately, this was outside our 7-Day Re-Clean Guarantee period, during which customers must report concerns to allow us the opportunity to investigate and, where applicable, arrange a return visit.
As the concerns were raised outside this period, we were unable to offer a re-clean or compensation under the guarantee. We appreciate that this is not the outcome you had hoped for, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.

I’m quite fussy when it comes to cleaning, so I was honestly a little unsure about using a cleaning service. But during my move I had some back pain and really needed the help — and I’m so glad I did.
Esther was absolutely lovely and such a professional. You can tell she genuinely takes pride in her work. She cleaned the whole house so thoroughly, including marks and dirt left by the previous owner that I didn’t think would come off.
She even made our old-looking PVC garden door look almost new! We thought the door itself was just very old, but it turned out it was mainly years of dirt and grime!
