Temu why is it every time you voice Ur opinion on a negative item you just cut them of surely you would want your customers to know the truth about a experience they had with you. Good, all things were there, an was delivered in 10 days! And every detail of the situation of my order came in my e-mail, so I was aware of everything. I dont live in a big city, where eveone waits for the order to come in an hour!

Jag fick välja flera varor gratis utan kostnad, men för att få fraktfritt så måste jag handla varor för 280kr. När jag kom till kassan så var gratis varorna borta. Det tycker jag va väldigt konstigt?? Däremot så var de markerade i varukorgen men då skulle dom ha betalt!!! Så jag kastade dessa varor (tog bort markeringen) Så några gratisvaror fick jag inte eftersom dom skulle ha betalt för dom också. Botten tycker jag jag känner mig lurad😡

Disgusting service from this company, order was placed and was given a £20 discount if spent over a certain amount. Although i had over 60 items in my basket, only 46 pulled through on my order? red flag right away, however was still happy with the discount so placed the order and their delivery method was by EVRI, another red flag. They asked at checkout if i preferred a different delivery address and i said yes as EVRI are very unreliable so i ordered to local post office. I had no updates at all on delivery and on the day the order was supposed to arrive i made contact with temu, all they done was give a £4 credit and said that evri claimed the item was on its way back to them and thats as far as they are willing to investigate! I had a half hor online chat with some moron and i said i still wanted the order, that all seemd arranged then half an hour later got an email to say my order was cancelled and then i was ignored.
I want to reorder but have now lost the £20 discount, went back on to them online to question their service and they have done nothing to appease me! First experience with them and it was an utter joke, a warning to anyone who is considering ordering with them......scammers

I started buying from Temu after a recommendation.
I have bought some very nice clothing. Sizing is an issue and items do arrive too small, not what I expected etc. I return many items and find the return method very easy, you can select your refund back to source or can have it as credit. I have used both, no problems.
My only complaint is the constant bombardment of offers by e.mail. several a day at times. These offer things like 3 items for 1p each as a thank you for being a faithful customer. I have sat on several occasions selecting these items, they then say for free postage and to qualify you must buy items up to a certain value, ie£30. I have done this on a few occassions and have never received any items I selected for 1p as the ordering system seems to crash but I still have paid for the full price items. The last time this happened I immiediatly cancelled my order and did receive a refund quite quickly.
So Temu, yoy are really letting yourself down with these fake offers to get more sales and I will be cancelling my orders everytime it happens.
On the plus side I am quite impressed with the price and quality of most items, the return system is good , selection of items is huge and a lot of items on Temu are supplied by same manafacturers as in our high street stores but for a fraction of the cost. Some items are from the uk. I bought a very nice chair for less than £100 which arrived in two days.
I would say definantly worth buying from but be prepared to ignore the offers as you will waste time trying to get them, which is very annoying.
Always read the reviews on items. My experience is that they are pretty honest and genuine. Any negatives I dont buy and if no reviews I dont buy.

Je commande de plus en plus souvent chez temu, contrairement à ce qu'on entend, les produits sont de qualité. Les vêtements achetés dans les boutiques en France viennent tous de Chine de toute façon. J'ai commandé des vêtements , lavés et utilisés souvent sans aucun souci. Et au moins contrairement à beaucoup de sites français, le service après vente est efficace et immédiat. Cela évite de jeter ce qu'on ne vous rembourse pas à la poubelle, comme cela a été mon cas 2 fois pour des teintures de cheveux inadéquat.
Je n'achète pas de produits pour enfants toutefois, mais pour mon chien oui. Très satisfaite également et tellement moins chers.
Je rajoute que les produits qui ne me conviennent pas peuvent etre renvoyés sans souci un bon de retour est fourni et le remboursement immédiat. Tous mes colis arrivent par colissimo avec un suivi au jour le jour. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs que j'ai vu.

Temu is a wonderful company with hundreds, possibly thousands of merchants who want to supply Temu customers. Temu is ethical in the way they choose and won't allow slave labour. They are cheap because all the middle men do not exist with Temu. It is straight from the manufacturer to you. The internet is full of negativity about Temu because people are not buying from retailers like they did.
I gave a friend 4 of the same item of clothing which I bought from Temu for $17 for the whole lot, and free shipping. . The same item in a large Auckland store was $18 each !!! Garden hose from on online TV store was $135. Temu a better one, at $35. A lot of items come from China and other countries that sell every day in our retail shops, and usually go from the manufacturer who whack on a probit when they sell to the wholesaler, who puts on his whack to sell it to the distributor, who puts on his whack to sell it to the retailer who puts on their whack and we are the poor silly souls who pay through the nose for an it em which price is nothing like the start to the finished price. Good on you Temu I love you. I have brought now for some 14 or ore months, and buy at leqst once a week.
