I have talk to customer service sometimes they understand sometimes not but also very nice and polite and try to help I don’t like the returns beware

I have had thousands of poundes worth of goods from them without problems from them im always buying from them

On the whole I think Temu is a good site. Sometimes the products aren't great but they are from the sellers and Temu is just the company for different sellers. I have had mostly good but sometimes not so good. I do find them a hell of a lot better than most American companies for a start they are in the 21st Century where whereever you are that is the currency they take. The Americans are soo backwards when it comes to currencies . At least you can email Temu

Temu offers free gifts you just don't get. Crack the egg open the box all rubbish i spent £40+ was promised a sound bar and a dash cam, still waiting. One item a watch with brockenglass, no cash refund but credit for a company that hoodwinks the public. Avoid avoid.

Di Temù pubblicità ingannevole. Ti darebbe prodotti a zero € però devi fare un minimo acquisto di €10. Però non ti arrivano mai. Devi sempre acquistare quindi pagare prodotti scadenti, contraffatti, ingannevoli. Temù andrebbe chiuso

Je ne peux pas mettre 5 étoiles hélas. Mais 3 quand même. A ce jour je commande tjrs sur temu et je suis assez contente de mes achats et le site est fiable. En revanche ce qui est dans un sens une arnaque c'est qu'ils nous font croire que nous pouvons gagner de tres beaux cadeaux honereux pour seulement 15 ou 20 euros d'achats. 3 beaux cadeaux pour 15e d achat avant hier pour ma part. C'est ce que j'ai fais par curiosité, hélas une fois payer les 15 on me dit qu'il manque 7e poir gagner mes cadeaux je rajoute 7 et on me dit qu'il reste 5 et ainsi de suite. Conclusion si on se laisse duper on fait des achats compulsifs sans rien gagner..... une arnaque masquer mais qui nous ŕend responsable de nos actes . Aucune issus

Ho acquistato dei prodotti ma quando sono arrivati non li ho trovati soddisfacenti. L azienda mi ha contattato e mi ha proposto un rimborso parziale senza restituire la merce. Ho accettato e mi hanno accreditato la somma concordata. Azienda seria professionale ed affidabile. Consiglio assolutamente a tutti

trés mauvaise qualité et surement sécurité j'ai acheté un humidificateur dés le débalage j'ai été déçu par la mauvaise qualité j'ai tout de suite fait un essai l'aricle était trés chaud au bout d'1 heure je ne l'ai méme pas renvoyé il est passé directement à la poubelle car je ne l'avais pas payé cher jamais plus je ne ferais un achat sur temu deja en passant commande aprés avoir téléchargé l'appli je me demandais si j'étais sur l'appli d'un casino online ou d'un site marchand on à vraiment l'impression qu'on ne va rien payer que c'est temu qui va vous rénumérer lorsqu'on achéte j'ai banni plein de fois leur pub elles reviennent tout le temps.

Det er nu ikke mere muligt at tale med en person, hver gang jeg prøver at få svar om min retur får jeg igen automatisk svar fra robotten. Har sendt varene retur fra den 6 i okt, nu er det slutning af måned og min retur var ikke behandlet. Den 12 i nov vil klarna debitere min konto og så har jeg ikke engang klage muligheder.
Selvom mange af deres produkter er gode, det betalez ikke med alt det her stress, lang tid levering osv. Det ligner at jeg kan se bort fra mine pegne. Vil aldrig mere handle hos Temu

He comprado en esta Empresa por los precios en Oferta, pero nunca más lo vuelvo a hacer. No te reembolsan y te dilatan la solución ofreciéndo descuento y 5 euros, pero la realidad que si no acudo a Paypal, donde pagué, podría todavía estar esperando un reembolso por un producto que ha estado 5 días en Reparto y Yo Ausente, según ellos. No vale la pena pasar malos ratos por unos euros menos.

Temu said they had left my second parcel, probably in bin. They would not say which address and we argued for a few weeks. I never received second parcel of 1 pair of ladies trainers £23.97. I gave up in the end but I'd never use them again as they were such liars and didn't want to to know or try and rectify problem.

Asiakaspalvelu on pelkkä vitsi. Mitään oikea apua sieltä ei saa. Kaikki vastaukset heillä ovat valmiiksi kirjoitettuja. En tiedä, lukevatko edes ongelman kuvausta. Palautuksien kanssa on jatkuvasti ongelmia. Suurin osa tuotteista on pelkkä roska -kauniit on kuvat, mutta todellisuus on toinen.

Varje gång jag har handlat på Temu har upplevelsen varit till belåtenhet, helt sanslöst billiga produkter, dock handlar jag aldrig kläder där!

As usual, Temu bombarded me with offers of free gifts. Eventually I submitted and selected my "free gifts" and purchased an additional 40 euros worth of goods. When I received the order confirmation there were no free gifts. When I queried Temu I was told I had to make an additional order. As far as I am concerned this is false advertising. I have cancelled the order and will not use Temu again.
