Just a joke promise the world but renage on all promises cost me over £50 for just rubbish windmill with no body push chair plank where is it pencil sharpener must have sharpens it self out will not spend another penny on theses scammers!!!!!

I bought a few items including sandals when I received they were in very bad quality when I requested refund on on return they offered me a coupon to keep the item and can use the coupon for the future shopping. When I received the coupon it was valid only for two days and had to spend £15 on top to use it was actually a trap and they kept all of my money. So I will not recommend.

I love Temu. I have bought many things from them. I love the free postage and returns. Items are of good quality. If I have had to return anything there’s never been a problem getting a refund. I will carry on shopping with Temu

Bought a mobile phone for over £80 it wouldn't charge properly or give me an option to transfer my data. I'm offered £24 refund to keep the phone. I wouldn't be returning it if it was worth keeping. Shocking customer service

I bought a pack of L size underwear and got 3 Lg and 3 sm. Very disapointing

I have purchased regularly from temu and rate them highly. I have purchased their Japanese fabrics for a quilt I’m currently working on. Excellent quality and price. You have to think about what you ordered and not have over blown expectations.
Their customer services are surprising. I recently gave a less than good review for an item I purchased. They contacted me and asked if I would like a refund. I said really it was ok. Today I received a far superior example of a similar item. I had not asked for a replacement. It was done simply as a courtesy. So thank you temu.

I had a screen shot 4 free gifts spend £,30 which i did and they added the cheapest to my order now they are asking for more money for the remainder of the of the free gifts. This is not the first time this has happened. This has happened to my sister as well. Are they scammers?

J’étais une cliente régulière de Temu, mais cette expérience intolérable met un terme définitif à ma confiance. Plusieurs jours avant la livraison, j’ai demandé l’annulation de ma commande à plusieurs reprises, captures d’écran à l’appui pour prouver ma bonne foi. Temu a totalement ignoré mes requêtes. Devant partir à l’étranger pour une longue durée, motif que j’avais clairement signalé, la commande a tout de même été expédiée. Le colis est marqué comme "livré", mais il est strictement introuvable. J’ai pourtant fait faire des recherches approfondies dans mon immeuble et auprès des voisins, preuves photographiques à l’appui : rien. Au lieu de traiter le problème avec sérieux, le service client m’a bombardée de réponses automatiques hors sujet, exigeant le retour d'un produit jamais reçu, avant de fermer unilatéralement mon ticket sans apporter la moindre solution. Privilégier des robots au détriment des faits et de la satisfaction client est inadmissible. C’était ma toute dernière commande chez vous, une plateforme à fuir absolument en cas de litige !

fraude temu... despues de mucho tiempo de venir comprando en esta plataforma, me siento desepcionado... por publicidad y cobros engañosos, poca informacion sobre el valor real de los articulos, poca asistencia personal ante una queja o reclamo. cmpre en la platarforma en promocion de una base para platillo de bateria cuyo costo final con descuentos y envio era de 42,158 pesos colombianos fijos con envio gratis, y cobraron 85,963 pesos el doblelo cual no es justo tengo evidencia pantallazos de la compra y apele ante un agente de temu el cual no supo dar respuesta, ni solucion es un fruade, a mi parecer. la idea es que no le pase a nadie mas tengan cuidado con esa publicidad engañosa o traten de comprar en plataformas mas seguras como temu hizo caso omiso pues elevare la queja en mi pais ante la sic el monto que perdi no es muy grande, pero la credibilidad de un organizacion tan grande como temu deberia ser cuidada, no permitiendo estos fraudes receurden abrir los ojos al comprar en esta plataforma lindo y bendecido dia para todos incluso para temu jajaja

Had some good stuff but the Command copy strips for hanging pictures etc; are not only useless but quite dangerous and potentially very costly. I unfortunately bought quite a lot. Almost all my pictures have fallen off the wall, some of them smashed with broken glass. Stick with COMMAND.

J'ai acheté un chargeur de batterie à 18 € 50, après avoir passé la commande je me suis aperçu qu'il ne correspondait pas à ce que je voulais puisqu'il ne chargeait pas les batteries au lithium dans les 15minutes suivantes, j'ai demandé l'annulation et le remboursement de ce produit, le vendeur a immédiatement répondu qu'il refusait le remboursement car le produit était déjà expédié 15 minutes après ma commande !!!
Après avoir suivi le processus de retour Temu c'est-à-dire demande d'étiquette et dépôt ensuite dans un point relais agréé, plus de nouvelles après ma demande quelques jours plus tard environ 8, n'ayant aucun accusé de réception seulement le numéro d'étiquette retour il m'a été répondu que le produit viennent c'est toujours pas arrivé vu la mauvaise foi du vendeur je pense que j'ai eu affaire à une arnaque puisque le produit a été retourné dans le délai de 14 jours légal, donc pour une commande Temu cela ne s'applique pas donc en cas d'une commande importante et bien bonne chance si elle ne vous convient pas n'allez pas pleurer vous êtes au courant, bien sûr c'est du pas cher pour les bricoles il n'y a pas de problème il rembourse facilement mais pour des articles plus chers ni compter pas

I have bought many thinks from Temu and learned from my mistakes. Firstly the sizes are always too big so I get the 8 instead of 10. Don'y buy their blouses they are polyester and cheap looking usually, tops are fine in most cases. Some of their dress are fine, bit I will only buy the lace dresses the rest are polyester. Shoes and sandals are great value for money. Jumpers if 100% wool, are great fine wool, but get a 10 (M) or bigger. They will always tell you the composition, so beware of polyester. General items are great for the money, not high end but do the job. IT tends to be hit and miss, but they are great on refunds, just pack and print the QR code in store. Always happy with my refunds and they offer great bargins, though still haven't fully underdtood their bungle package. Happy with Temu
