I would definitely recommend this company. They were quick with getting me the help I needed!!

I thought this would be a great provider, but I never actually spoke to a doctor, nurse, or any other medical professional. I signed up and typed my symptoms into a form and that was all. When I signed up, I thought I was getting a one time appointment for $29.xx but no, that is per month, apparently for a minimum of 3mo. I never received anything from this company, no prescriptions, no conversations, no appointment, no nothing. I couldn’t even find an option to schedule an appointment, and when I called I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I can’t cancel, and I can’t get care. Oh, I went to the ER later that day and then got hospitalized for pneumonia and sepsis, just a few days before nascar driver Kyle Busch died of same thing.

They are very helpful, efficient and professional. They really care about helping you. Try them, they really do help you!

Easy to access, received a fast response, and medication was ordered promptly. I did have to call customer support for a question. They were courteous and spot on with reply.

Got the medication quickly and thoroughly with no hiccups. Easy to use and never have any issues.

I liked the quick reply. And fast prescription. However I was sent a sulfa drug. Of which I stated in my application that I am allergic to. Now my eye is worse than yesterday. In addition my left eye is now infected. I have pics. But no option here to add them. So I think overall was a bad experience

This service is legit! Fast and friendly but only prescribed ten days of meds.

Fraudulently charge your account after you delete your account. Website clearly states multiple times "cancel any time" but when you cancel, they tell you that you have to call to confirm. Then they never answer the phone and hang up on you so you can't confirm, then continue to keep billing you.

I finally got someone on their phone, and they then change to "you can cancel any time after your first three months" which IS NOT any time.

Will be going through my bank for refunds, as this is clearly fraud.

My service was efficient, quick and best of all I was able to treat my symptoms quickly.

This was a great experience. Customer service was amazing as well as the doctor I spoke to. I had my prescription later that afternoon. I tried another platform before this one that was awful. I highly recommend this platform. It was easy and all of the people were very nice.

TelMD has no problem pulling my monthly subscription out. But when you need meds refilled they don’t respond or when they do it’s a week later. And then they called the wrong meds in even after I sent them the pics of my scripts!!!! It’s been 3 weeks now and I still don’t have my medication!!!! I do not recommend this company!!!!
