I contacted this company because I had gotten half a dozen mosquito bites, one of which was badly infected. I didn't want to go to the emergency room and it was getting late in the day for an Urgent Care. The infection looked bad and I was afraid to let it wait overnight. In the intake form I mentioned that the itching was intolerable and asked whether they could prescribe something to help.

When the doctor called me, I had a difficult time hearing her because she had children in the background making a lot of noise. I thought that was pretty unprofessional for a doctor visit. She said that she would prescribe an antibiotic and another medication for the itching. She asked whether I would like to also try a topical ointment, to which I agreed.

When I arrived at the pharmacy, there were only two drugs provided, the antibiotic and the ointment. I texted the company and asked about the medication for the itching. I received a call from a woman whose English was so poor and accent so heavy I could barely understand her. She told me to use something OTC.

I would not recommend this company. There are certainly others online offering the same service.

I am very unhappy with the service I got. They sent in a prescription for Retin a for me that was way too strong. It would have burned me. I called them multiple times and requested the .025 percent strength. They would not return my calls and kept my $79.00. They appear to be very unethical and not a company that is trustworthy.
I will probably contact my credit card and stop payment. Use this company at your own risk.
