I ordered an excellent condition Pixel 8 from them and had an issue with the delivery where it was being sent back to them. I asked them for an update on the situation and Katie got back to me very quickly and sorted out the issue.

I have since received the phone and it is in perfect condition, no issues with it at all.

I was searching for trade in or sell my smart watch because wanted to upgrade from Apple Ultra to Ultra 3. Tech Tiger provided the best quote with self printable address labels and it let you to decide if sending free or Special Delivery. I chose Special Delivery, which you needed to pay yourself but it gave peace of mind. Money was paid to my bank account the same day when they received the watch.
Easy transaction altogether. Their quote was upto 75 quid higher than other well established and respectable companies.
Also good to mention is that Tech Tiger kept me informed of the process, watch received/inspection/when payment was going to be made/payment made. I gave 5 stars and it is easy to recommend them.

I don't often write reviews but in this instance I feel Tech Tiger deserve's credit where it is due. I have just traded a tablet in with them and the whole process went exactly as the website describes. I chose to pay for Special Delivery postage due to the value of the tablet but a free postage label could have been used. I received emails upon them receiving the tablet, an acceptance of my description and finally confirmation of the bank transfer. All this happened within the working day and I can confirm I have received the payment in full in my bank. I was sceptical about using Tech Tiger as I hadn't heard of them and their offer for my tablet was over £100 more than the usual selling platforms but I am very happy to say they honoured the trade in price promised. I of course checked their reviews on Trustpilot before I 'bit the bullet' and found that the number of positive reviews was steadily going up so went with them. I will definitely use Tech Tiger again in the future when I trade in my old tech and hope my review helps others who may be undecided on giving Tech Tiger a try. Thanks very much Tech Tiger!
