Selling a phone can be daunting because of the horror stories you hear of phones being damaged on purpose before offer made, or a company lying about the condition, offering a subpar price etc. Tech Tiger are fantastic. They offered a higher price by far before even sending the phone, as much as £50 more. Got sent a postage pack in 2 days. Posted back on a Wednesday via RM (free). By Friday morning the phone was received and I received an SMS to tell me. Within one hour the full offer was put forward as promised (plus bonus £10). Money in my account 2 hours later. Absolutely fantastic and wouldn't use anyone else to buy any of my electricals. Thank you for a seamless easy process.

Sold a macbook to tech tiger through back market, got a good offer initially. However once they received the laptop they claimed that their testing found the brightness control faulty and so they reduced the offer by £300. I knew the macbook had been in perfect working order when I sent it as I had been using it for work so I rejected the offer and asked tiger tech to test again. Instead, they immediately returned the laptop.
Once I had it back, I checked and the brightness control was working perfectly!
I showed them proof of the working macbook and they reiterated that their tester said it was broken.

It's quite worrying that a tech company would have such a limited testing process and I could have accepted a low offer due to their lack of due diligence when testing. I would definitely say their testing process is flawed if they can't figure out how to double check the brightness function on a laptop. I would not recommend selling through them for fear they would lowball customers through their own mistakes.

Sent package on a Monday and had full payment by 18.30 Tuesday evening. No problems with anything.

I bought a watch from their Amazon store, delivery stated Saturday, so on Thursday, I went ahead and made the payment. Sat in all day Saturday waiting for DPD to deliver the watch, and nothing turned up. The watch was a birthday present for my son ( this Sunday), and now the present hasnt arrived on time.
I got in touch with DPD and they confirmed they are waiting on Tech Tiger to send the parcel to them. also checked in with Amazon, and they said the same; it's all down to Tech Tiger dragging their feet. The item will be returned once they said it, as we have now had to buy elsewhere in time for my son's birthday tomorrow.
Definitely won't be using Tech Tiger in the future after they let us down on our first experience using them.
