Website was easy to navigate and understand, buying simple and we were updated with delivery details, timings etc. until the order arrived on time.

I just ordered a lot of tea, I live in Germany and wanted something from the UK so I ordered a lot of tea and I am very happy with it, the flavour, the variety and how lovely it smells every time I open one of the tins or boxes! Customs of course had to be payed and won’t be ordering as often as I would like to but I will definitely be ordering again next year! Would be nice if we could get more symbolic “little” gifts when ordering to the EU :p
Thanks again and happy to support businesses that help with education and health! :D

On time and quality product

Great Customer Service, and great product.
I was looking for a particular blend of tea, sold by another company, that we could no longer get. I emailed several specialists for advice, but only Neerja from Tea People responded and gave me a few suggestions from their range. Turns out not only do we prefer the Tea People's blend, but have also found several other blends of theirs that we like, as do friends and colleagues that we've shared the tea and their website with.

Incredible product packed neatly with a nice touch of telling who packed it.

The packaging for the teas as always is great, especially the metal tins!

The Sleep and Liquorice Mint Toffee teas are favourites of mine and now a staple for me, incredibly fresh and all natural ingredients as well as being delicious.

Very unprofessional

BUYER BEWARE - I ordered a catering pack from this company and it never arrived. I contacted them to show them that my parcel was still out for delivery for 3 months and they said that it had been delivered providing a photo of just a label, no location or context.

Im not sure if this a real company.

I sent them the evidence to show that it wasn’t not delivered. They didn’t investigate.

I put in a claim back to recover my money from this sham company and then received “As you have already put in a charge back claim, we will not be able to offer any further resolution from our side and will be responding directly to your claim.”

The worst green tea I've ever tasted - and I've tasted a lot. I recently bought supposedly 'organic gunpowder green tea' from teapeople.co.uk and it's weak and tasteless. I know my gunpowder green tea, it's my favourite brew, and this stuff is awful, not genuine gunpowder tea in my opinion. Moreover, it doesn't even look like proper gunpowder tea: the leaves aren't rolled into tight pellets as shown in their listing photos. Avoid.

We have ordered multiple times from this company and have always been excited to get our tea delivery. I also placed an order to arrive on a bank holiday and was promptly contacted to rearrange. Very happy with both the company and the products!

Tea very good; comms bad. I placed an order for teabags, including a refill, off the back of a sample that came with tea my wife had previously ordered (to be fair, teapeople weren't to know!). Having ordered and paid, I got a message to say there would be a delay while the bagging machine was being repaired. Then nothing for a week, so I asked for an update and said I'd cancel if the order had not been fulfilled. I got a message back to say they were still waiting for bags to be restocked, and they were cancelling my order, which is fair enough. The issues for me, as a customer, were that I had to chase them, they did not provide a time estimate, and did not offer to cancel an order they had not yet filled. They said I could reorder but their handling of the issue has put me off. The tea is of a premium quality and it is priced accordingly; I felt they valued my money more than my custom.

What a great company, their tea is excellent...we have tried 7 different ones now and have started getting refills for their lovely tins. My favourite is Russian Caravan tea, but we both like all the ones we have. The bags are high quality and don't split. They are an ethical company who ensure tea pickers are properly paid, and they also use profits to support their communities. All round excellent.

Really pleased with the delivery of my first direct order (have ordered from Amazon before) especially the free tea samples. However I wasn't expecting St John's wort to be an ingredient in any of the tea so won't be able to use one of the teas in the wellness selection I bought (and one of the samples) as you know what isn't good for sleep? Unplanned pregnancy. Luckily I know about the interaction with contraception as there's no warnings on the product. Just glad I noticed it on the ingredients

Unfortunately there's not much tea leaves in the bags. I have to use 2 bags to get any flavour.
I ordered 3 different mint flavours as l wanted to support the company.
I did email Tea People, but never received a reply.
Sorry but l won't be ordering again.

The wrong product was sent out, but this was quickly and easily rectified by Customer Services. Great service and product

Ordered my de-caff organic Earl Grey tea but instead received peppermint and sleep tea.( another customer's order) I was relying on receiving my order. I have to wait until my order is swopped with the person who has my order. Not very happy !

Really good quality range of organic teas and beautiful blends which I received promptly on ordering. I did get in touch via their messaging service about the status of my order and received a quick reply saying they’d been really busy over Black Friday discount weekend and my order would be a couple of days -which it was .
One of the few in the UK selling organic pure hemp tea. Really lovely eco packaging and tin caddy designs are beautiful for gifting. Support them, I’m glad I’ve found a new ethical tea seller :)

I am so pleased I stumbled across this company. Excellent customer service and lovely merchandise - I never knew tea could be such a magical thing! More than anything though, this inspiring company proves that commerce can be used as a powerful tool for social development and not just for financial gain. We need more companies like this, and to support them when we find them.

Customer services are very knowledgeable. I purchased a variety of tea - different flavours both loose leaf and in bags. Well packaged and informative on the front of how long to brew and what water temperature to use. The peppermint was delicious and can't wait to try the others!

I purchased some ginger tea from Tea People, it is wonderful and has a good taste with a nice kick to it.
Delivered promptly in good condition.
In fact I've just bought some more...
