I contacted Teamson to order a new pump for my water fountain. The customer service group was very helpful and responsive and kept me informed along the way.

I purchased a solar powered fountain from Amazon and I started having issues with it. I contacted Teamson customer support and they were able to help me and shipped me a replacement part that was needed. Their response was very quick and I was very pleased with the results.

My neighbors were moving and asked if I would like their Teamson 3-tier Lily bird bath/water fountain. When I got it - there weren't any assembly instructions.
I went on line and messaged Teamson Customer Service. They are amazing. Not only did they reach out to me quickly, they also sent me the manual instructions which I was able to print out. Now I have a bit of nature going on in my backyard and am enjoying the decorative addition to my garden.

The princess rocking chair purchased was easy to assemble and adorable. Our granddaughters love it. It is a well constructed product.

I ordered a play store for my 3 year old. There was an issue with the scanner. I reached out to see if I could get a replacement and they were responsive and helpful. They sent a replacement immediately at no cost. I could not be happier with the product or the customer service.

Teamson was very responsive to my needs for a replacement fountain pump. Correspondence was prompt, friendly and helpful. The replacement pump arrived quickly and is working well!

As I was setting up my fountain for the season, my pump was not working. I had only had this fountain for 1 year, so I was worried that I would need to buy a new pump. I e-mailed customer service through the link on their website and got a prompt response within 24 hours with a list of trouble shooting ideas, and "if an all else fails" link to purchase a new pump. The troubleshooting worked and I am excited to be enjoying my lovely fountain again! I will definitely seek products from this company again in the future!
