Happy customer

I was looking a new water feature for my back garden and saw the one I wanted which was £100 cheaper than I’d seen in another garden centre.
I was a bit nervous about delivery as you never can tell if it’s going to be ok. But I have to say that Taskers were brilliant from start to finish. They kept me informed of my order status and delivery. I was given a 4 hour time slot the evening before which was handy. The delivery man was very pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t fault it and my water feature is lovely.

I ordered a table early January and…

I ordered a table early January and advised it would be delivered early February to this date, still no table.
Relentless emails to an ignorant customer service team who persistently ignore or fob you off when they do reply. I’ve had to resort to claiming the money back via my bank.
Taskers have gone downhill there’s plenty more reputable places to purchase similar or the same stuff sometimes at a fraction of the price.
My advice look elsewhere and give taskers a wide berth

Whilst every effort is made by us and our suppliers to ensure there are no delays with your order, unfortunately delays can occur. We have been experiencing a high volume of emails currently and we have some delays with our response time, but we are answering every email and do not ignore any.

As soon as the request came through we accepted the chargeback and cancelled the order immediately.

Very happy with the sofas I purchased

Very happy with the sofas I purchased. Quality and price. The friendliness of the staff in store. My one gripe is the email advertising date and time for delivery- time 5.40am to 7.40 the email arrives on a Saturday and I was unable to contact customer service at the weekend, so although I thought it doubtful that delivery would be 5.40am I got up at 5 and and to wait till 13.00 before the sofas where delivered.

Great service

Furniture delivered early within the designated time slot; notified in advance and by driver when near. Delivery and assembly of furniture completed speedily and efficiently by well trained staff. Polite and obliging throughout. Always a pleasure dealing with Taskers.
