Shape Tape sucks. Expensive not worth it products. The company is so out of touch sending already rich influencers extravagant gifts and on luxury vacations but pay their employees $h!t. If your makeup was really good, you would just send it in pr packages. You send an iPad or Hermes bracelet with some same old shape tape you came out with 8 years ago. Tells me your makeup is garbage and you have to buy influencers to promote it

I was watching HSN and I needed a whole brand new makeup so I ordered everything from HSN on tart and I'll tell you I got it today I put it on I am 64 and I tell you it is really smooth and creamy lightweight you don't even feel you have it on and I like the Anti Cruelty free and vegan it really did my skin wonders and I like to concealer the mascara is excellent the eyebrow cream and brushes good and the lipsticks are fantastic the juicy ones and the blush I was very impressed I really like it a lot I would recommend tarte cosmetics the colors were perfect and it's natural and I've worn it so far for 8 hours there's no creases there's no cracks in my skin no bumps it Blends smoothly into my skin it actually covered the concealer the puffiness under my eyes I was really impressed

I love Tarte products because they use clean and ethical ingredients and do what they say they will. I just treated myself to a new brush set including the medium paw brush for concealer, the foundcealer face brush, the full coverage concealer brush, the double ended cheek brush, and the precision setting powder brush. They are as high quality as my (much more expensive) Lancôme brushes and thanks to Tarte’s generous healthcare worker discount they were a fraction of the cost. On the two occasions that I had questions about my order they responded within 24 hours. I love their creamy creaseless concealer, shape tape foundation, and glow shape shimmer cream. I’m also obsessed with their Maneater mascara, it doesn’t clump on my long, thin lashes. I’m so happy that I found my way back to this company, which provides products I feel good about using.

Like a lot of others have said, buying from the UK is a frustrating experience. I placed my order eleven working days ago and my tracking has now been stuck on 'left US' for 10 DAYS. I've no idea where it is, the expected delivery date was 2 days ago and, like others have stated, customer service are absolutely hopeless. Never again. Avoid!

Its been 8 days and there is no progress in my order. Instead of buying from this site, you can consider Amazon or Sephora.

Amazing Mascara! I order from the UK and honestly I can't buy any other mascara! I've used them for over 5 years. Really lovely company to deal with if you need some help too they responded straight away when they made a mistake and rectified it really quickly! Love the products and love the company.

Tarte cosmetics has seriously gone down hill. Part of my order was missing and after numerous AI responses managed to eventually receive a part refund . I would think very carefully before ordering from this company .

I absolutely adore their make up serum foundation. I’m 48 with the driest skin ever and this is the best make up I’ve ever found! Everyone has been commenting on how great my skin looks. It doesn’t dry out and it’s so light yet covers what it needs to cover. Couldn’t be happier. They’ve stopped selling it in my country for some reason so I had to buy from the US store. They sent it to Europe so quickly with no border issues or any tax like sometimes happens. Very happy I could finally get my hands on this make up again.

One of my items (sculpt tape contour) arrived USED. I have emailed Tarte 3 times to which I have had NO reply. Their live chat doesn’t work either. I’m in the UK and there doesn’t seem to be any other way of contacting them?!

Bought the maracuja juicy lip. Worst £20 i have ever spent! The product has a finger nail worth of product that is actually dispensable! Half way in the dispenser stops and you’re left with half the product in the plastic and the only way to get it is too dig it out which is unhygienic to say the least! Never again will I be buying anything from this brand and I will be sure to spread the word as they are robbing people! You’re literally paying for the plastic it comes in, nothing else!

I cannot say enough good about this company. Not only do they avoid bad ingredients in their cosmetics, but they stand behind their products. If you ever have a problem with an order (i.e. exploding lip gloss), they will send a free replacement immediately with no questions asked.

I have pretty sensitive skin and have never had a reaction to their products. Additionally, their colors are earthy, natural, and long lasting.

I hate to tell you but another name for "tarte" is "prostitute". I'm appalled that women would actually support a company that treats women as sex objects. Your advertising campaign should read, "Support misogyny today by buying prostitute cosmetics" STOP SUPPORTING MISOGYNY!!

I've tried quite a few products from Tarte over the years. And I have to say, I'm a bit torn on this brand.

On the plus side, I absolutely love their commitment to using good-for-you ingredients and being cruelty-free. The packaging is also super cute and Insta-worthy. Some of their products, like the Shape Tape concealer and the Amazonian Clay blushes, are total holy grail items for me.

However, I find that Tarte can be quite hit or miss from line to line. Their foundations and complexion products tend to be amazing, but I've been really underwhelmed by some of their eyeshadow palettes and lipsticks. The quality just isn't always there.

Price-wise, Tarte is also somewhere in the middle - not cheap drugstore stuff, but not super luxe either. So I expect a bit more consistency for what I'm paying.

This was my 2nd order placed with Tarte and once again my order has been lost in Transit
I was spetical ordering again as the items comes from the america but i have ordered from other american websites with no issues
I placed the order on 2nd February and tracking today was just showing it had left customs . Customer service chat confirm item was lost in trans, they have said they have refunded me but really worried i won’t see my money again specially after reading most of the reviews
I certainly won’t be ordering from them again and wish me luck on trying to get my refund 😢

UNAUTHORIZED charge of $98 for products I DID NOT ORDER. Because I did not place the order, there was no record of it and I was unaware of the charge until a package came in the mail.

When conatcted through online chat service to let them know and ask for a refund, they said they could not process a return as i was in Canada. They also refused to refund me the unauthorized charge, as they apparently didn’t have the order in their system… even though they were able to charge me and send out the unwanted items. Customer ‘service’ rep was dismissive and offensively rude.

Wanted to treat myself to some body care and stumbled upon Tarte cosmetics. Was offered a 15% welcome bonus so thought why not? Had products worth 51 quid in the basket, free shipping. I applied the 15% welcome offer and the total jumped to 53 quid? They’ve added on £10 shipping (not even express shipping - just the standard that would be free had I not applied the discount). Didn’t order as this is ridiculous. Received a cyber Monday offer today, 40% off. Same again. £10 shipping added. This is not how you welcome new customers or treat existing customers

What has happened to Tarte ?, never used to have problems ordering from their website to be shipped to UK. Twice now I haven't received items and had to request a refund , which was processed.
I have thousands of points which will now go to waste as I wont be ordering no more !
