My mum fell and the watch didn’t work. I’ve contacted customer service twice and had no response. Starting to feel like this is a scam!

Recommend by a friend as I live on my own and her mother has the same system.
Great help from Rebecca who talked me through everything I needed to know, very easy and stress free. Easy to set up, booklet of instructions and set up process via the main control/receiver unit. A great
and neat system, highly recommended.
Glad to say I haven't needed to use it as but know it's there if I need it..

Able to switch as needed from an electronic assistant to a customer service person. Very helpful. Rebecca spoke clearly, repeating as necessary (I have poor hearing). All queries resolved. My personal alarm watch now fully set up and daughter able to monitor me through Friends & Family app.

Kiera was very helpful, friendly and explained everything in minute detail. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

Only had a few days, but does everything it claims too. Didn't find it too difficult to set up and when I contacted the call centre they answered within 30 seconds and were most helpful.

I purchased a 'Taking Care Anywhere' pendant from Age UK yesterday. I had several questions I needed answers to and Rebecca was very helpful. She talked me through options clearly and calmly.

The advise given to myself and friend was clear and told of special offer for September .I accepted and the watch arrived ahead of delivery time and was set up by a friend
The only complaint I have is I still have not received the paper work to advise me how the amount paid was accounted for and and still waiting . This is frustrating.
