Faulty watch replaced promptly
I couldn't set up the first personal alarm we received for my mother. It turned out it was faulty and was promptly replaced. The second one was easy to set up and test. We have started our 30 day trial and we have a few things to iron out since not quite how explained to us during the sales process. This will be a good test of the general support provided by this service.

As one of your customers I wanted to arrange for 2 relatives to become customers. When I rang I was quickly connected to Rebecca. She was very helpful and patient and made all the necessary arrangements. The equipment arrived the next day.

Easy to order
I have ordered one for my mother. I called with lots of questions to understand how this works. I spoke to Kiera who was very knowledgable answering my many questions about how it works, charging, the GPS functionality etc. It was easy to order and next day delivery.
