installation went well. The signal was good throughout the test. The pendent is comfortable and unobtrusive to wear. Fortunately I haven't had a need to test the system yet!

Concerned about flashing lights when it gets dark. I contacted for an explanation but didn’t get one. It only started doing it after I had it for a week. Unhelpful service

My only comment is that the contact information form is completed on line but you can not save it , review or update after submission you have to re do a new form which takes some time and several days to make any changes , suggest this is an area for improvement .
