Habe bei Tableglow Teller bestellt, sie sind wunderschön waren sehr gut verpackt, auch der Kundenservice ist spitze, vielen Dank für das nette Gespräch am Telefon, die Teller wurden Freitag mit DHL verschickt und kamen am Dienstag an, alles bestens ich bestelle gerne wieder Teller für meine Gourmet Küche.

C'était parfait, belles marchandises de très belle qualité, livraison parfaite dans les temps promis,

Sur 12 assiettes, 2 sont arrivés cassées, l’emballage de protection semble un peu léger au vu du prix de la vaisselle. C’est dommage.
Je vais maintenant m’adresser au service après vente et voir leur réactivité pour un échange de ces assiettes cassées.

I ordered a couple of trays from Tableglow Order #8242974, and they were absolutely beautiful – just as shown in the webshop. Unfortunately, there was some excess glue on both trays, and on one of them even a spot on the glass. I contacted customer service, and I have to say the experience was excellent.

I received a quick and friendly reply, and Tableglow immediately created a new order for me and sent replacement items free of charge. It felt very professional and reassuring, and I truly felt valued as a customer.

I am very happy with both the products and, above all, the service – it’s great to shop somewhere you know you’ll be taken care of if any issues arise. I can highly recommend Tableglow to others.

Voici presque un mois que j’ai commandé des articles sur ce site. La commande n’est toujours pas expédiée suite à des problèmes logistiques.
J’ai donc souhaité recevoir un remboursement de ma commande que j’espère recevoir dans les prochains jours.

Aber, der Support schickt dir SOFORT neue Teller falls einer kaputt ankommt. Die Qualität ist sehr gut und der Support ist super freundlich. Außerdem sind die Produkte absolut einzigartig. Die Preise sind zwar relativ hoch, jedoch angebracht. Ich werde definitiv erneut bei Table glow bestellen.

Order some items and when delivery came it was broken. This kind of things happens but most important customer service helped me out so quickly. They refunded me instantly. And was very helpful

Still to date have NOT received two separate orders placed with Tableglow, totaling £1000.

Communication over email is adequate with timings, however, it is now very clear on reading back the emails that I have been strung along and the transparency is not there.

I have waited around 10 weeks from ordering before posting, given that the website states certain delivery times equating to 15 days, it is below acceptable with no offer of compensation or gesture of goodwill.

Items are certainly drop shipped from china and do not come from Italy as the website leads you to believe. Misleading adverts suggesting it "Takes us 30 days" to craft one, when in fact, they are not crafted by TableGlow.

As a new opening restaurant business, we ordered these plates plate prior to the launch date to arrive in time, even reached out to offer to pay a premium to this company for faster delivery. 6 weeks on from our launch and they still have not arrived, resulting in additional expense to ourselves.

If you want my honest opinion, and I rarely write disgruntled reviews, shop elsewhere. Read the reviews and take note, there is a poor poor turnaround time.

Ordinato la seconda volta. Tempi di consegna lunghissimi. Telefonato con il custumer service e mi hanno spiegato gentilmente, che attualmente stanno faccendo lavori nel loro magazzino. Mi davano la scelta di fare lo storno, invece ero così contento del mio primo ordine ( un solo piatto rotto che poi mi hanno restituito immediatamente i soldi, poatti bellissimi) che sto in attesa, anche se mi hanno detto che potrebbe durare ancora un mese. 5 stelle per il servizio, solo 3 per i tempi di consegna, che spero migliorino in futuro. Non sarà il mio ultimo ordine!

Très belle qualité, un service commercial très efficace

I ordered a dozen plates last year, and they have been missing. The support team promised that it would be delivered soon. It's been 7 months, and it's still not working delivery. I have not received my refund. Do not order from this company.

Habe einige Teller bestellt, welche schon ziemlich lange dauerten bis sie ankamen… aber das Warten hat sich gelohnt! Die Qualität war super, und der Kundenservice war schnell, nett und hilfreich. Werde auf jeden Fall nochmal bestellen

Ich habe in Dezember 2024 8 Teller bestellt. Sehr lang Lieferzeit. Die gelieferte Ware ist in einem völlig unbrauchbaren Zustand bei mir angekommen. Die Qualität von die Geschirr sieht sehr schlecht aus. Ich habe ein Rückerstattung gefragt und nach 2 Wochen noch kein Geld bekommen. Finger weg von die Firma. Update 13.1.2025, ich habe der Rückerstattung bekommen (nicht komplett).
