Nach Zahlung Ware nicht mehr verfügbar
Leider können wir Tableglow nicht empfehlen, obwohl der eine Teller den wir zur Probe bestellt haben gut war.
Nach einem passenden Angebot auch direkt mit Rechnung wie gewünscht von unserer Seite haben wir per Echtzeit wenig später nach Erhalt überwiesen und eine kurze Mail hinterhergeschickt.
Danach war 4 Tage der Kundenservice nicht erreichbar auf folgende Mails wurde auch nicht geantwortet.
Ende vom Lied unsere bestellten und bereits bezahlten Teller die nach Angabe von dem Mitarbeiter zwischen 24h und 72h Lieferzeit bei uns angekommen sollten und auch verfügbar waren nach Bestellung, waren nicht mehr verfügbar.
Hier bestellen wir in Zukunft nicht nochmal, das kenne ich von anderen Lieferanten besser.

Während der Black Friday Woche kam es bei uns leider zu einem sehr hohen Bestellaufkommen, wodurch viele Artikel – insbesondere stark nachgefragte Modelle wie Ihre gewählten Teller – schneller als erwartet ausverkauft waren.
Zusätzlich wurde Ihre Bestellung nicht automatisch im System erfasst, da im Verwendungszweck der Überweisung eine Ziffer am Ende gefehlt hat. Deshalb konnte sie intern nicht korrekt zugeordnet werden, was zu einer verzögerten Bearbeitung geführt hat. Dafür möchten wir uns aufrichtig entschuldigen.
Wir nehmen Ihr Feedback sehr ernst und arbeiten daran, solche Situationen in Zukunft zu vermeiden. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie dadurch eine negative Erfahrung gemacht haben, obwohl Sie mit dem Musterteller zunächst zufrieden waren.
Sollten Sie uns doch eine zweite Chance geben wollen, melden Sie sich jederzeit direkt bei mir – wir kümmern uns persönlich um Ihre nächste Bestellung.

Order 8285625. Was supposed to be shipped through DHL but they created a shipping label through fedex, they don’t give me any response anymore at all through email or phone. The tell me the package is sent but fedex says there’s no package sent or pickup ordered for the package only a shipping label created. No response no package and no money back!

Terrible Experience With My Order
I placed my order on September 3rd for 3 items. I have emailed them several times regarding the status of my order, and they have stated at-least 4 times spanning over the last 60 days that my order was shipped “today” or “yesterday”. I demanded a refund and they sent me the same email stating my order “was shipped yesterday” still no change of status on the customer portal and no tracking number issued. The dishonesty is so bad that I had to file a dispute with my credit card company around the 60 day mark. Tableglow received promptly received notice of the dispute and a label was printed shortly after. The package arrived in a reasonable 3-4 weeks, but nearly 90 Days after I had placed the order.

Issues with delivery and support.
Hello, my order “#8250974”.
I’ve ordered plates on August 26 for my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my shipment.
The first support specialist responded me that delays were due to ongoing warehouse upgrade. I understand this and was willing to wait.
On September 28, I saw my shipment was registered. However, the next day the status changed to “CONTROLLO MAGAZZINO”.
It has remained the same since September 29.
I haven’t received any updates or responses from the shop and I still haven’t got my order.
Could you please clarify:
-Has my order actually been shipped?
-Why hasn't the status changed in so long?
This is not normal behaviour for a serious business.

You're absolutely right: your order was processed and handed over to our shipping partner. However, due to ongoing logistical issues with deliveries outside of the European Union, there have been complications and delays in updating tracking statuses — particularly with the status remaining stuck on “Controllo Magazzino.”
Please rest assured that we are in direct contact with our logistics partner and have been actively working to resolve this issue for the past few weeks. We’ve been informed that a solution should be in place within the next 1–2 days. Once resolved, you will see progress reflected on your tracking number, and your package should start moving again.
We completely understand your frustration, especially considering this was intended as a birthday gift. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Terrible
Order finally received after 6 months (€1200), but most of the plates arrived broken and are of very poor quality (cheap Chinese products).
Customer service has vanished. They no longer respond to my calls and refuse to provide a return label.
Stay away from this site. I’m now considering legal action.

Retoure leider nicht möglich
Ich habe hier drei Teller bestellt, die mir live nicht so besonders gefielen. Dem Paket lag kein Retourenlabel bei, also meldete ich mich vor drei Wochen bei Tableglow um anzumelden, dass ich die Teller zurücksenden möchte. Es dauerte eine Woche, bis ich überhaupt eine Rückmeldung bekam, aber ein Retourenlabel bekam ich nicht. Ich habe seitdem mehrere Male versucht, mich telefonisch an den Kundenservice zu wenden. Leider geht nie jemand ran, also spreche ich jedes Mal aus Band mit der Bitte um Rückruf oder besser noch: das Retourenlabel. Aber es geschieht absolut gar nichts. Ich bin inzwischen etwas verzeweifelt, weil hier der viel zu große Karton von Tableglow in meiner Wohnung rumsteht und ich ihn einfach nicht zurückschicken kann... Das Geld für meine Retoure bekomme ich natürlich auch nicht ausgezahlt, bis ich die Retoure versenden kann...
