Waiting months for plates, no plates, no refund
Well..... I have placed orders in the past which went well. I don't know if they are growing to fast, but this will put your company in danger! Placed an order in October, everytime they say order is coming, which ended in no plates for christmas. I have asked for a refund, I send an email that they company will be closed for holiday 2 weeks and nobody answers. But when you have a question of a new order they answer. (friend has tried this) So will lose clients with this behaver and customer service. Hope you can change this and don't lose your beautifull company!

placed an order for around £1400 in February 2025, today, 12/01/2026, yes 11 months after the order was placed, the order has still not arrived, the communication has always been very poor and they are now ignoring my email, text and instagram interactions, I do feel that I am being scammed now, they sent me a video of my parcels back in early December, but still nothing has arrived, the items I have bought are for sale on their website, (saturn bowl and cloche) and they state a delivery time of 15 days, how is this possible if it has taken 11 months and still not received my order.
All you need to do is look at the feedback on here, almost every other review is for the same complaint.
I am now getting amex to do a chargeback
Also, avoid the volcano bowl, it comes directly from China and it won't take dry ice, it cracks and falls apart due to toxic shock, we always used cold water to activate the dry ice and only lasted a couple of weeks before falling apart

The delivery time you describe does not reflect our current delivery standards. In previous months, there were unfortunately significant delays with certain custom orders and external logistics partners, for which we sincerely apologize. That your order was not completed within a reasonable timeframe does not meet our expectations.
Regarding the claim that we are ignoring customers: we respond to all inquiries. However, during periods of high request volume, responses may take longer than usual. There is no intentional avoidance of communication.

Scam and fraud!!!!!!!
We placed an order for close to $15,000 we were promised to recive items the week after it has been now more then 3 weeks and they didn't respond to us only after threatening them, and only then they shipped only half the order and we still haven't received anything, and they again are ignoring us ,
Pls be careful, this place is a fraud and scam, pls remember we warned you

Retoure schwierig! … bislang erfolglos
Leider versuche ich seit einer Woche eine Retoure anzumelden. Der Kundenservice reagiert weder per Mail noch noch telefonisch. Das ist sehr enttäuschend-da es um eine große Bestellung geht, von der ich eigentlich einen Großteil behalten wollte.
Update: auch nach weiteren mehrfachen Emails reagiert das Unternehmen nicht. Nur Zeit für solche Plattformen aber keinen Kundenservice. Ich werde Paypal einschalten.

Unsere Erfahrung mit diesem Anbieter war äußerst enttäuschend. Die gelieferte Ware entsprach aus unserer Sicht in keiner Weise der beworbenen Qualität. In Anbetracht des sehr hohen Preises empfanden wir das Produkt als klar minderwertig.
Eine direkte Klärung mit dem Unternehmen war nicht möglich. Erst durch die Einschaltung des PayPal-Käuferschutzes konnte der Vorgang überprüft werden. PayPal entschied nach Prüfung zugunsten des Käufers, wodurch wir unser Geld zurückerhalten haben.
Besonders problematisch empfinden wir, dass der Anbieter im Nachgang versucht hat, den Sachverhalt in einen geschäftlichen Kontext mit unserem eigenen Unternehmen zu rücken, obwohl es sich eindeutig um eine private Kundenbestellung handelte. Dieses Vorgehen halten wir für unangemessen.
Diese Bewertung spiegelt ausschließlich unsere persönliche Erfahrung wider. Aufgrund dieser Erlebnisse würden wir von einem Kauf bei diesem Anbieter abraten.

Der ursprüngliche Betrag der Bestellung lag bei 464,44 €
Bisher wurden zwei Rückerstattungen durchgeführt:
338,44 €
126,00 €
→ Das ergibt zusammen 464,44 €, also den vollen Betrag deiner Bestellung
Du hast somit bereits alles zurückerhalten, was dir zusteht.
Wir verstehen, dass es im Verlauf Missverständnisse gab – dafür entschuldigen wir uns. Dennoch möchten wir darum bitten, bei öffentlichen Bewertungen fair zu bleiben, insbesondere wenn der volle Betrag bereits erstattet wurde.

Sadly I never received my ordered…
Sadly I never received my ordered items.
Contacted tableglow and got quick email reply but since than nothing. Now I’m recieving emails to rate tableglow and there products. After waiting 2 month I think it’s pretty save to assume that nothing will show up. Shame!!!

Placed an order over a year ago, have been repeatedly led on when asking about my order which by the way totalled several hundred pounds, now after telling me they have sent it I received no information even despite emailing numerous times for clarification. Feels like I’ve been scammed out of my money. Shame because the quality of what I did order was there.

Quelle belle expérience…
Échaudé par une première expérience d'achat d'assiettes par internet sur un autre site (arrivée toutes cassées), j'ai retenté l'expérience tellement les assiettes de Tableglow sont belles. Et je n'ai pas été déçu. Les assiettes arrivent dans une protection incroyable. Inquiet de ne recevoir qu'une partie de la commande, j'ai contacté le service client qui s'est montré hyper réactif, rassurant et à l'écoute. Ils m'ont demandé de faire preuve de patience en m'expliquant que la commande a été expédiée en 2 cartons. Et ils ont eu raison, je l'ai reçue quelques jours plus tard. Les assiettes étaient aussi magnifiques que sur le site. Le seul bémol est le prix, car je suis un particulier et c'est un sacré budget. Je vais en prendre soin comme la prunelle de mes yeux.
