Got a board from them, had some issues with delivery due to the Italian shipping company (BRT) (not them). Their customer service has been supportive and helpful during the whole process, we finally got the board in perfect conditions. Recommended ✅

Antes en e 2023 era los mejores para comprar online, soy cliente de canarias e incluso pagando los portes,....en este último año no hice ni un pedido ya que tanto el funcionamiento de la web cambió bastante a peor y los precios los han subido una burrada...pero mucho mucho...ya no merece la pena tratar con ellos...ojalá vuelvan a ser como antes pero el cambio ha sido fatídico....se puede intuir que algo pasa que la empresa pq no es normal

Ordered a wetsuit for delivery to Ireland. Quick response when I was asking for delivery updates. Wetsuit delivered promptly.

Very helpful. They emailed me to check, because I had ordered kids' gloves. When I realized my mistake, they refunded the amount immediately. The rest of the order (a nice wetsuit at a discount price) was shipped soon. It arrived after a few days (in Germany). Also, the packaging was great, because they had an extra layer of cardboard, so you don't cut your wetsuit by accident when opening the box. Full recommendation.

Nefasta organización y atención al cliente. Se “pierde” la tabla que dejé a reparar durante su envío y a día de hoy, 40 días después, no hay respuesta por su parte, excepto que está en “gestión de reparto”.

Puede que sepan de Surf, pero no de cómo gestionar un negocio

Les compré una tabla, hace unos años desde Tenerife online.
Ahora vivo en Madrid y en un viaje a Asturias,en el trayecto le hice un toque.Al ver que estaba a escasos 25 km de la tienda.Se las llevo para que la reparen y yo sigo camino a Madrid,y les dejo bien claro que sí me la entregan antes del 26 de junio bien.Si no , ya tendrá que ser entregada a partir del día 14 de julio,ya que salía de vacaciones.Hoy 18 de julio todavía no ha sido entregado por la empresa de transportes (SEUR) pongo el nombre porque en otras reseñas nadie la nombra.

Un desastre de gestión por parte de las dos partes. Para no repetir.

Buscaba una funda para longboard y encontré una en su página online, me pone que 10 días (ahí ya me extrañé, por que vivo a 1h 30min de la tienda) y después entraba en la web y oh sorpresa ya no había stock. Llamé y me dijo que no había problema, sólo que estaba de camino del almacén. A los 3 días me dicen que el producto no está disponible. Lo lógico es que m ofrezcan una funda de similares características por el mismo precio, pero me ofrecen el 20% de descuento sobre otro artículo que evidentemente no le había a ese precio. Finalmente para quitarse el "marron" puesto que yo cómo consumidor (un poco) conozco mis derechos me dicen que me devuelven el dinero y que lo busque en otro establecimiento. Pues eso hice, la misma funda 10 eur más cara, pero tengo lo que quiero, no volveré a comprar porque ofrecen cosas que no tienen

They may be difficult to contact sometimes (other times they answer immediately) but they are reliable and honest. Great shop.

Tout s'est très bien passé pour moi, une cagoule néoprène et une paire de chaussons néoprènes.
Arrivé dans les temps et parfaitement conforme.
En revanche je n'ai pas testé le service client...

25 emails backwards & forwards!! I bought the wrong size board; “send it back and when we receive it; we will send the right size board, no problem”; Tablas “Customer”Service (email only don’t bother trying to call them).
Nightmare return experience; board collected from me; returned no labelling; sent again and finally message from the “Customer” service got your board back; all good but unfortunately we can only send you the right size in MAY. Refer to the above; “will send you the right size as soon as we get the board back” unquote!! Never any mention of 6 months waiting!!! We are going into a dark and challenging time for shops/businesses in 2023; unless you have proper; ethical & trusting customer service; you’re in for a very tough time. Good luck!!

I ordered a surfboard online as there was a great offer, as soon as I placed the order, I realised that the board was not the ideal size for me, I needed the same board but smaller and it was available online, so I immediately called the shop with their special phone number for online purchases, but nobody answered; I think I called at least 40 times, without ever getting an answer. I also called the shop's number, where I was answered by a guy who passed me the line to the online shop: absolute silence. So I immediately wrote by email explaining the problem, giving the link to the board I wanted to exchange mine for and my order number, so that they wouldn't have to send the board and could exchange it immediately for the correct one. The reply arrived after a few days and the board had already been sent. I wrote back and was told that I could have exchanged the board and that they would have sent me a courier, but the emails are always late and inaccurate, only later and at my request I was told that the shipping would have cost me 68 euros, meanwhile my departure for a surf trip was too close and I could never get the new board in time. All in all, a very good shop to buy from in person but not on-line as it is not organised for it at all; there is a total lack of customer service and this has personally left me with the wrong board to be resold on the second hand market when I could easily have exchanged it in time, before it was shipped and so not paid the shipping that was initially offered free. The guys are nice, but they don't respond in time and there is a lot of disorganisation.
