I needed to cleanup duplicate entries on my OUTLOOK Calendar and tried the SYSTOOLS app. It did not work since I am on OUTLOOK 365 where the master record is an OST file and SYSTOOLS only works with PST files. I spent time with online support and even allowed them to remote access my system to no avail. I was refunded in a few days after requesting such.

Used the software to recover setting for a VOIP system. It saved us hours of reconfiguation. Worked like a champ.

Software was affordable and got the job done. Instructions were easy to undersand and also intuitive, in case you are the impatient type. But what I liked most was that customer service responded immediately when I switched computers and had a concern. It was an actual human being, by the way, not a chatbot. Andreas was polite and efficient and solved my problem quickly. In a world of AI and chatbots, this is a huge plus for me.

I bought the SysTools Outlook PST to PDF Converter in February of 2018. Unfortunately, my 2018 activation code was denied by the 2025 program during its installation. I reinstalled the 2018 version, which worked with the old code and installed properly. However, the 2018 program needs Adobe Reader, but I have Adobe Acrobat. Adobe Acrobat is not compatible with the 2018 software, and Adobe Acrobat and Reader can't be installed together. I reached out to their support chat to configure the 2018 version to work with Adobe Acrobat instead of Adobe Reader. They offered a one-time upgrade to my license as a solution.

SysTools PST Viewer Pro is a dependable, well designed tool for viewing and searching PST files. It runs smoothly, loads quickly, and the interface is clean and intuitive. Their customer service has been excellent. I have been very impressed with the fast, professional responses, and that is why I have remained a loyal customer since 2015. Five stars.

I hade an old version (2010) with no license information which no longer worked. The support team helped me through and offered a discount for the latest version.

Software worked as described on their website and the support staff answered my questions very promptly.

I contacted their Live Chat support to ask for help since the PC I had installed one of their tools on died. I asked if I could move the license to my new PC, and their response was that they were willing to do that, once I had written a positive review here on Trustpilot and the review was live.

I don't respond well to pressure, and I do NOT need your product that badly. Your methods are appalling, and you should be ashamed of yourself, if this is the only way you can get positive reviews.

Do better!

In response to company reply: Correct, but that does not change the fact that you broke Trustpilot rules and tried to make me write a positive review first. It was clearly stated by the agent, that the license would be released once the positive review was live.
I'll happily provide a screenshot as evidence.

I used SysTools Data Wipe perfectly fine for a time and needed to install it again on a reinstalled machine. Apparently, I purchased a Personal License that can be used on one machine and is not transferable to another machine once deployed, but they were nice enough to release a new license for me. Thanks guys!

I was granted an opportunity to install Systools PDF Unlocker on a new computer after uninstalling it from my old computer. Usually, this transfer is not allowed after the program has been installed on an old computer.
