Great app to reduce workload moving data from Stripe to QB. The customer service is always brilliant, Andrew was quick to help me with my syncing problem today!

Awful! Left our business high and dry! We were using as a business critical api connector between our invoicing platform and accounting software.

Suddenly invoices weren't appearing in our accounting software which can have large knock on affects. I had no resolutions provided or anyone look into, the CSM kept spouting random 'fixes' and 'causes' none of which came close to resolving the issue and clearly weren't the root cause.

I requested the matter be escalated and resolved asap with them also confirming our data integrity. All I received was a rude and obnoxious email lecture from a TSE called: Andrew Ivanitskiy, who's only fix suggestion was to change our business and how we billed.

Absolute farce, wouldn't trust them to send a letter let alone critical business data.

George got back to me right away and immediately addressed my question. I appreciate Synder's customer service and highly recommend!

Great, app does exactly what we need it to do - matches transactions received via Shopify and PayPal and syncs perfectly into Quickbooks. Really helpful and efficient customer service too - thanks Viet!

We love Synder! We have a small business that holds a lot of daily transactions and syncing them with Quickbooks would be a nightmare manually. Synder has made the automation process smooth and their support team is always available to answer questions. George met with us recently due to a payment processor switch and quickly helped us set up everything just like it was before!

George has been working with me to get a tax issue to flow the way I needed it to in QBDT. It was a project, not something they normally would do. But like the great customer service he provides, he was on it! After the Development Team was finished, I have a wonderful working process now that I don't have to second guess like I've had to do with ALL integrations I've had. Great Job George!

We've been using Synder for a couple of years now and find it extremely beneficial for our QBO accounting system. We recently had an issue where our synchronizations stopped working after an update and Marko with Customer Support was able to give me the resolution quickly. Overall, satisfied with the product and the support. George gave us excellent support.

Very Clever Company. they charged me 5 times for synching my transaction for the 2023 year, do not recommend it, their prices made you confused, they are not straightforward,

Dishonest billing practices.

I opted for a subscription, at £110 per month, without prior consent i have been charged additional syncs, and they have upgraded my subscription to £178 per month without consent.

I am currently paying for syncs i don't need.

Synder's support is so quick and easy! They solved my issue in just a couple of minutes. I worked with James and he was able to direct me over chat exactly which setting to fix so my transactions would sync to Quickbooks. I love how much time Synder saves me.

George and Sophie were great! Solved my issue within minutes after I had spent hours trying to figure it out! Thank you so much for your help! Highly recommend anyone looking for support to request George and Sophie and use the Synder application! :)

Highly recommended. Saves a great deal of time syncing with Quickbooks desktop. Lana in customer service has been quick to reply and very helpful.

George & Felix in customer service were fantastic! They stayed with me every step of the way to allow for group taxes to be synced with QB. Their help has been awesome for other questions/issues as well. Synder definitely has great customer service!!

We're migrating to Synder from another integration and so far the tech support has been excellent. I've chatted with Sophie, Andrew, and James, and all 3 have been very knowledgeable and patient with this bookkeeper who is not a tech at all. Excellent customer support; Andrew was very resourceful. This app helps me reconcile payment transactions with GoCardless and Stripe; less admin work for me!

This application is very cost effective and includes easy, comprehensive mapping. Felix has been helpful during the onboarding process and has the sync working flawlessly.
