The swim crew made sure all our needs were met. I requested a special diet for health reasons and at each meal they made sure I had my requested food. Joao, was in the kayak escorting us and he was very attentive to our swimming styles and pace. Everyone had a good time we connected and bonded with each other. It was a really special swim vacation. I loved it. Thank you Swim Together Holidays for making the Madeira swim vacation so special and memorable.

J’ai pris quelques cours de natation avec José en mer et à l’estuaire de Faro. Ça été une expérience fantastique et enrichissante. José m’a appris à me détendre dans l’eau et m’a aidé à améliorer ma technique de natation. J’ai été très ravie d’apprendre à nager en mer avec José et je recommande vivement « Swim Together ».

Security is the first priority. Easy communication. Punctual. The fact that Riccardo Correia (our guide) is in reality the head coach of the local competitive swim team and a triathlon athlete Ironman 70.3 says it all. He is passionate. Extremely generous of his time and knowledge. Well oiled team - no monkey business. Open swim setting is absolutely unique. For all swimmers. Loved it 👍👍 and will repeat ASAP

Super qualified swim guide. Ricardo was able to guide me on a fantastic swim with brief stops along the way for fun facts and historical information about our surroundings.

I enjoyed the trip. Swimming locations were beautiful. Swimming guides from the Madeira made it special with seeing the island from a unique perspective. It being swimming focused with a good bit of sightseeing was a good combination for me.

Wonderful experience! Great location, good food and very nice people. The program is well thought out and everything is superbly organised. Expect to swim a bit more than what's indicated in advance and be aware that the trips start rather early in the morning and on most days will last well into the afternoon.

Truly one of the best experiences ever. This swim camp is everything I dreamed of. The team takes care of food, organization, transport and you can just lean back, swim and enjoy this amazing island.

Andre runs a very professional outfit and has done the work to collate a series of awesome open water swimming experiences. If you are looking for like minded people to experience some adventure you must try Swimtogether PT. The pace is your own and you can enjoy the experience without being rushed whilst still getting in a good length swim. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful training with Mayra Santos in Madeira. I am 100% satisfied because everything went smooth, the office was quite flexible over WhatsApp, Mayra was fun and easygoing, I had a private training because it was only me so I was glad that the office did not cancel. On top of this, Mayra held the training longer because she also enjoyed the swim so it was not 60 minutes. She captured many moments with a GoPro camera. The environment was beautiful: the weather was not sunny yet the ocean was transparent, I saw many types of fishes and marine species. I had the possibility to take a shower in the Lido Galomar Bathing Complex after the swim.

I chose the swim day Madeira Garajau tour and had the most incredible swimming experience. The swim together tour guide Mayra with her gorgeous personality was kind and confident with her incredible knowledge of open water, made me feel instantly comfortable swimming in new waters. We had an adventure of a lifetime, one I will not forget and I will most definitely be coming back to the island for more swimming together adventures. Thank you swim together!

Swimming with @mayra Santos @madeira was one of the best ever experience I have had this far.. Day one at the Canico hotel galomar hotel Atlantic bay, the water was very wavy and choppy and I was feeling nervous but Mayra made me feel comfortable and confident and ensured I had a good day of swim.. day two she was kind enough to drive me t ok Canical for swim in much calmer waters. I set myself a goal to swim for at least 2 Kms and Mayra ensured I did..she also gave me useful tips to improve my swim strokes and glides..

7:30 AM - Cloudy day, 18°C, a little wind and the sea was a little rough. Coach Fátima thought that maybe I would not show up for my second class, but I was so excited I couldn’t miss it. Actually, when the weather conditions are not perfect it is a great opportunity to learn how to deal with them. For example, today I learned an easy way to enter the sea when there are waves, practiced breathing when swimming in a rough sea and did exercises to improve my backstroke kicks. So, the training turned out to be enjoyable and a lot of fun. When you have a great coach the bad weather is not a problem, it is an opportunity for an excellent class.

Amazing morning with Mayra in Madeira! Lots of fish and beautifully clear water. Stopped to see the sights along the coast and to get some videos. It was magical - I highly recommend!

What an incredible experience I had with my great Swim Together coach Fatima in Faro! I can’t recommend it enough. As a budding open water/masters swimmer, this was a fantastic opportunity to swim with an experienced OW coach and guide. Having a great knowledge of the area, she was able to tell me about the area as we swam. She sent me video as well as offered great stroke technique tips and open water advice. The Swim Together staff/coaches are so dedicated to providing excellent swimming experiences - and in stunningly beautiful places. I’m already planning my next adventure!

Amazing trip out to the Benagil caves, absolutely stunning scenery, clear waters and loved every minute. Fatima really helped me to feel at ease in the sea and have some great pointers on technique, how to stay safe in the water but also was an amazing tour guide. Can’t wait to come back!

I had the best swim exploring the caves with Ricardo. He is incredibly professional and a wonderful guide, full of knowledge and tips. I throughly enjoyed my adventure and I look forward to the next swim adventure again soon hopefully!

Jos took my 3 children and I for an open water swim for about 2 km on Faro beach, he set the right pace to keep us moving in good order, we had a great time, great communication, via WhatsApp group to arrange the meeting time and location, the drinks afterwards went down so much better after pushing ourselves, would recommend for a casual swim or for something more intense where you need someone to spur you on

Great swim this morning with Ricardo, he was brilliant at giving tips and help, showed us lots of wildlife and regularly checked in on us. We had a great time. The water was so clear and we saw so many fish, but also swam a long distance to give us a lot of fitness. Thanks again Ricardo
