3 of them are failed to provided , no availability, or golf course was shot , no clue why they kept tee time available to book online , I got voucher and drove to the golf course, found out that golf course was shot 🥲, indeed it is unacceptable, wasting time and then I got no time to make new plan for the day. Chased up 4 tiems , no one got back to me regarding refund . I eventually got refund for other two bookings , it took me quite a time to chase up . I really hate to write a negative review

The course was closed that morning due to adverse weather; as soon as we were informed we tried to call and emailed you at 08:50 but couldn’t reach you. We understand how frustrating this must have been.

Two-day experience that fell apart due to poor organization and operations
Day 1: We were booked for “simulator training” at a location that has no simulator. We were then told to confirm the booking at 09:00 the next morning—but the staff member didn’t even start work until 10:00.
Day 2 (twilight 16:00): When we reached the turn, the 10th tee was blocked by two carts and a trolley. The delay meant we couldn’t even get to hole 16 before darkness. Later we were told complaints must be filed immediately after the round, but the Pro Shop was closed, making that impossible.
This wasn’t “just twilight limitations”; it was avoidable mismanagement. Active marshaling, and an after-hours complaint process are needed. As it stands, a frustrating and sub-par experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations.
To clarify, the driving range used for your lesson does not advertise TrackMan technology. As explained in our emails, the one-hour lesson included video analysis, use of training equipment, game evaluation, drills, and notes.
At Vale do Lobo Royal, the standard time for 18 holes is around 4h30. With sunset near 7 pm, a 4 pm tee time is a twilight rate, which doesn’t guarantee completing all 18 holes.
Regarding the “blocked” 10th tee, there were simply other players ahead, following the normal pace of play — not a management issue.

Booked two courses and, having played one of them and found it in very poor condition went to change the booking. The change was handled brilliantly and the communication was excellent. Clubs has also to be reserved and this was done too. An unexpected refund was also credited back to me instantly. Many thanks to TeeTimes and particularly Marisa in their office.

Perfect service.

Well established tour operator with a wealth of experience. Used multiple of times for tee times / accommodation / car hire. There is also a physical presence (offices) in Vilamoura. Many operators do not offer this facility.
Competitive guaranteed pricing on all bookings. Highly recommened.

Always use these guys for my golf
Always use these guys for my golf. So much so that I’m bringing over a group from the UK for our annual comp. Always helpful and catered for my son who is a junior with special rates. Calling into the office, which is easy to find, and having my enquiries dealt with personally is as straightforward as it should be. The staff are friendly and knowledgable.
I have been fortunate enough to play in two annual comps through TeeTimes and the organisation and whole experience were first class. Thank you.
