Delighted with the help and service offered from the office when booking 5 different tee times for a group of four over a two week period. We changed our requirements three or fours times without any issue or additional charges once the golf clubs agreed … Marisa couldn’t have done any more for us … Superb service & I highly recommend it if you are coming golfing.

I have used TeeTimes.pt on many occasions to book personal individual rounds and for groups. The staff is always very professional, courteous and efficient. Their proficiency always translates to a seamless, hassle free check in at the venues which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend using this company for any golf related bookings, big or small.

I have noted that some clients have had issues but I can only comment from personal experience and say that Teetimes have not let me down. They confirm back immediately if tee times are available and send through the vouchers once the booking is paid in full. When you contact the office the staff are always very helpful and polite. I have recommended teetimes to my friends and they, up to now, have not experienced any issues. ⛳️🏌🏻‍♂️

Total rip off. Tried to book 3x 3 tee time for Vilamoura. Paid deposit and then told had to pay full price as was close to trip. Fine. Tried to pay and their system refused. Too much hassle for bank transfer so cancelled order. Wanted e30 to cancel.
Update: I was happy to confirm that after my post the e30 was repaid - but only after. False narrative from owner and then 3 bullying emails berating me for "honesty and intergrity". I haven't misrepresented the original e30 cancellation charge

They sell you tee times which they do not have.They send me a voucher for the golf course "real novo Sancti petri "pines and sea" on 12. Oktober 2022 time: 10:17 ! I asked for a buggy at the golf course for this day; there they told me my tee time is 13:20, 3 hours later !! Crazy ! Don't book with this company. They sell fake tee times !

I went to Southern Spain last week. Used them for all my golf bookings. Very professional and best prices.

Good help with everything! Even last minute changes where no problem for them to handle! Very good help from Vera and Atyla. Would reccommend to everyone with good prices and extremely good communication through out the process. Sending a virtual flower

I booked 4 x rounds at Vale Do Lobo through Teetimes.pt . There wasn't a load of reviews on Google or Trustpilot, so I was a little apprehensive parting with a big chunk of money, but communication with Celine at TeeTimes was great and all the Tee Times were booked as promised when we arrived at the course. So 5 stars from me.

Have used these guys for the past four years annual golf tour to either Portugal or Spain, the booking and course selection process is really first class, always trying to make sure, the tour is spot on to our needs. Great prices and great help. (especially Celine)...look no further!
When this years tour was cancelled due to Covid, they were excellent, great communication and all credits and refunds received in a very timely manner.

Tee times and Telma were fantastic and we got a full refund for 5 golfers in Gran Canaria around £3000 within 4 days

A very disappointing experience with this company after what was an easy booking process, with great communication from them, That is until you try to cancel due to Covid and new quarantine rules! I cancelled over 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund (Minus a 50 euro admin fee) and relevant paperwork I need to fill in to gain this refund. Company and Maria are now ghosting my emails. I recently lost my job and need this money back. There are plenty of other companies who offer tee bookings who are easier, more professional and more respectful of their customer.to deal with......and don’t charge 50 euros to cancel. Avoid this company, especially while we are in these Covid times.

Never encountered a company with such shockingly bad customer service.

Our golf trip was cancelled due to Covid and we have been trying for several months to get our refund from tee times.pt.

After initially agreeing to the refund, it never transpired and now emails and calls are not being returned.

Apparently (as seen on their Facebook page) they somehow decide who deserves a refund based on a set of arbitrary means tested criteria of economic hardship or illness!

How they know who is ill or suffering financially is beyond me (they certainly haven’t asked our group what our health or financial situation is)!

It appears their owner is looking for any excuse possible to hold back their customers money. I understand many businesses are struggling right now due to the Covid situation, but that is not an excuse for poor customer communication and ultimately theft if the money is not returned.

They have now admitted publicly on Facebook that we are due a refund but are insinuating that it will be delayed or reduced due to “legal” action they are considering due to our party leaving a bad review. This company makes Fawlty Towers look like The Ritz!

I would urge anyone reading this to avoid this company and book your golf directly with the courses.

Promised on two separate occasions that refund of green fees for 10 people was made re cancelled green fees due to covid 19 restrictions in April. Twice was told refund had been made and to wait a little longer etc. Sick of being treated like a fool and being constantly lied to. Appreciate difficult times during covid but why the lies?

I would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely no attempt to refund my green fees to date in respect of cancelled green fees in March 2020. I was in Portugal and able to play but denied access to course due to covid. As such golf courses took no fees or green fees hence total amount still remains with teetimes.

Delt with the company twice - great service both times! much recommended!
