I’ve only got good things to say about Swift Heating Installations. From the customer care in the office, to the engineer that came to install my boiler to the after care I received. I’m really pleased to be able to use a small, local business rather than a national company that doesn’t care. The staff all did a great job, I’m happy with the boiler and would highly recommend to anyone.

Very pleased with the service and communication throughout. Very professional, on-time, did a great Job boiler has been working perfectly, I had lots of questions around the type of boiler as I've been doing an extension so wanted to make sure the new boiler would handle the extra bathroom and radiators. Lewis explained everything really well and followed up with me after the install on several occasions to make sure I had no problems. Very happy with this company will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

Terrible company new boiler ftted and 4 breakdowns in first few months,Now they dont even have any staff to service oil boilers.

Boiler installation was firstly installed to high behind a door way. Meaning that it was not accessible for a service, Swift needed to return to rectify this. The boiler was also not correctly wired so my MCB’s were tripping when attempting to start the boiler. This installation left my house 10 days without hot water in total. I paid additionally for an electrician who resolved the problem and had highlighted to me that it was the installers wiring that was causing the issue. The customer service was ok but they were reluctant to fix the electrical problem claiming it was “pre-existing”. I never had an electrical problem with my old boiler. The boiler is now running fine after the manufacturer had commissioned it and the electrician I paid for additionally sorted the problem.

Good service from Jason who kept me informed of what he was doing/done. His work was spot on and he cleared up after himself. In short very happy and satisfied with today's events

Great, reliable company! We have used Swift, over the years, for boiler servicing and Gas safety checks. Recently, we had a replacement boiler and an addition of Hive smart controls. Alex carried out the replacement within a day and gave great advice and tips. Massive help, when you know very little about boilers and plumbing! Good communication with the office throughout the booking procedure, work being carried out and after care. Thoroughly recommend Swift....

Had an oil boiler installed december 2024, still not received a building regulation certificate. No one answers calls and if you manage to get through never get a response. They were great when you want a quote but after that not interested. I would be very interested to hear if anyone else has had this problem before I take matters further.

Excellent service, from quote to installation we were kept informed all the way, Jason & Drew fitted 9 radiators for us & you couldn't even see where they had been, would thoroughly recommend Swift

Installed our boiler 2 years ago no problem with the install. A higher price than all their competitors so thought we were using a first class service. Trying to get them back for the first service was difficult and this year been impossible, 3 missed visits where we have arranged time off work, they don’t call in advance just a crap email telling you to rebook. They really don’t care about their customers. Finally arranged with another company.
