A great small local business
I can only give 5 stars to this small friendly business. My husband sadly died last year and I continued to use them for the annual boiler check. They were very attentive, answered all my questions and even pointed things out on the boiler so I knew how to increase water pressure etc. I receive messages to remind me my boiler check is due, also quoting the price, so there are no surprises. A very friendly team who really go the extra mile.
What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company. They have just installed a boiler at my 87 year old mum house. They went out of their way to ensure she understood all that was being done snd communicated everything back to me during and after the job was completed. Their understanding and patience are very valuable assets to their business and I would certainly recommend them. Their prices are very competitive too ☺️

Our old boiler finally failed on us last week and Swift pulled out all the stops to get a new replacement installed and up and running within a day! Understanding how important having hot water is to a family with young children they managed to squeeze us in on an evening after working a full day during the hottest weather of the year so far. Reasonable prices, excellent customer service and incredibly friendly staff. Been an absolute pleasure to deal with, we would highly recommend!
Swift Heating - Boiler Install
Today I’ve had a new boiler fitted by Jase from Swift Heating, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Jase did a fantastic job with the installation—efficient, tidy, and work was to a very high standard. He talked me through the whole process from start to finish.
Originally spoke to Lewis who gave me the initial walkround and quote for the work, very friendly and professional throughout . Excellent service all round—highly recommended!

we had an external oil boiler fitted in February this year by these people.
On the first day it wouldn’t turn off even when it was switched off on the hive. We had to contact the manufacturer as swift didn’t seem interested. They sent somebody out quite quickly who told us something hadn’t been removed on the thermostat and that the wiring from the wall to the boiler was the wrong type of wiring we went back to swift who promised to rectify which they did after a month but I suspect this was because they realise we haven’t paid for it.
The boiler then started losing pressure swift again told us to go to the manufacturer which we did and fair to them again they came out quite quickly this time when they removed the top they noticed that the PRV valve was blocked and suggested the system hadn’t been flushed out They also pointed out that the water feed and return pipes had been rooted incorrectly over the top of the burner which will make servicing impossible also the fuel lines needed to be moved. The tiger loop has air ingress and the control panel is wired up wrong as it won’t turn off. We’ve since found out that the fire valve is fitted to close to the boiler as well.
Swift have been promising to sort it out but never did. They did send a fitter but only gave him instructions to move the two pipeswhen he found out there was a lot more to it. He couldn’t do it. He return on another day but it was raining, and he said he couldn’t do it because of the rain. We then had a fitter booked for Monday, the 9th of June but he never showed up.
I tried to ring Lewis but as usual no answer. He then sent me a message on WhatsApp giving me the engineer number who informed me he no longer works for the company. Lewis claimed he didn’t know about this and that he was on holiday. He also said I was being rude and not to contact him again.
It will now be down to us to pay to have this rectified. I will be sending the bill to Swift if needed taking legal action.
I would ask anybody who’s got an oftec certificate from this company to ring oftec to see if it is valid as when I rang to complain they told me that they are not oftec registered and wasn’t at the time of installation, which is also why we have not received a building regulation certificate something else we are going to have sort out ourselves. Although i think oftec will be getting in touch with Swift directly.
I have also reported the situation to Trading standards.
Update.
We thought we had made some progress to getting things sorted out. I gave them approximately 6 weeks just to give me a date for them to rectify the issues. After this i had to contact them again and was told they still needed a further couple of weeks which i did. Still nothing. Now the are not answering emails so they basically have just fobbed me off.
It will be down to us now to try to find someone to sort this mess out at our own expense. The cost of which will be sent to them and legal action taken if necessary.
Update 2 7/2/26.
After a year of being ignored Lewis Ward didn’t like me telling people of our experience so resorted to sending me threatening text. Obviously trying to scare me.
We have found somebody to rectify and make our installation safe at a cost of over £1100. We are hoping still that Swift come to their senses and contact us but i don't hold any hope.

We had our yearly boiler service on Wednesday 4th June. The communication was faultless from start to finish, Jason arrived on time and was very professional in his work. We will definitely be using swift heating installations again.

Jason from Swift Heating Installations was extremely approachable and gave me a detailed explanation of the condition of my boiler. He and his colleague arrived in good time and immediately set about checking my system including all the radiators. They completed their work efficiently and left everything in very good order. I was very happy with their service.
