Had the pleasure of having Swift engineering to service our boiler today . What fantastic service we were kept upto date with text messaging about our appointment, then the engineer ( Jason) arrived and we couldn't fault the service given first class , respectful of our property and extremely polite. Would highly recommend this firm every time .

I needed an oil combi boiler so I called Swift Heating. They were very professional from the very beginning to the end of our contact. The team arrived at 8.30am and completed the installation by mid afternoon. I am very satisfied with all the work that was done and would recommend this company to anyone who requires boiler service or installation.

Had a new combi fitted by them but left the earth cable lose and the gas meter box on the floor left one redundant pipe in the loft which was dripping causing water damaged to my ceiling

Fantastic sales pitch, and we fell for it.

Installation was a catalogue of errors and a 'that' ll do' attitude from start to finish by an engineer that left the company soon after he'd botched our job (coincidence?). A radiator was also installed as part of the initial work, complete and utter shambles and a mess. Scorch marks on the wall, redundant pipework etc. Another engineer was tasked with correcting these errors and checking all other aspects of the installation, radiator mess partially cleared up. Fast forward 6 months to a leak in the kitchen ceiling. A result of a poorly connected pipe from the boiler installation, this error also wasn't identified in the subsequent 'we'll put everything right' visit.

Battling to get compensated for the damage. Communication is non-existent. Customer service an alien concept after they've been paid. Avoid.

I had a boiler fitted in June 2024. From start to finish, ie from the quote to boiler in and working, I was very impressed by the work completed and also the communication between myself and the team. At the quote meeting Anthony was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. And didn't harass me after (like other companies). The chap who fitted the boiler did a great job and was friendly and hard working. He was working with old pipes and ridiculous obstacles but he came up with good solutions and went out of his way to help me and make it work. The work is fantastic and I am very happy indeed. The quote was a very good price and £4500 cheaper than a larger company (no names!) so I could get a higher spec boiler. I took advantage of their excellent zero % 1 year loan which was easy to sort out. Overall excellent. I would definitely recommend Swift Heating.

We were let down by one of the larger companies with whom we had a service plan. Our boiler failed on a January Saturday afternoon & the soonest they could attend was Friday! (service plan now cancelled!)
We contacted Swift on Sunday morning & Lewis arrived within 3 hours! Boiler fixed & heating & hot water restored. The cost was very reasonable for a Sunday call-out. Lewis was polite, professional & clearly very knowledgeable. We would have no hesitation in using Swift for future boiler/central heating issues & would happily recommend. 10/10!

The engineer arrived on time and did an excellent service on my boiler. It was very professionally done and he was very considerate with the property.

I had a new boiler and 2 radiators fitted today and I am so happy with the result. Alex was great, kept tidying up after himself from start to finish even when I said I'd hoover up.He showed me how to use the hive.

Fabulous service. My whole experience with Swift, from start to finish, has been excellent. My boiler broke down and I needed a new one. They couldn't have been more helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

Quality of workmanship and customer service was matched by a most competitive price and going the extra mile to solve unanticipated matters arising. I was anxious about this whole boiler exchange experience but had no need to be. Swift Heating exceeded my expectations in their first class delivery. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service

This company was truthfully superb in every aspect of what they did for my heating. Having been tortured for many years by various so called engineers and experts with problems from simple servicing of boiler to breakdowns the time came to replace the boiler. I approached several companies who were qualified to deal with my situation as I am on Calor gas. I was given a lot of promises from site inspection to installation and price for the job. Swftheating delivered on every single aspect. Site engineer turned upon time went through the whole process in detail and delivered quote the following day. Site engineer turned upon on the given day removed old boiler and installed brand new one overcoming several unforeseen problems that arose during installation. He completely cleared and cleaned the site ,commissioned the boiler and no problems.The company also gave me a pointer as to where to apply for finance which I did and was accepted. Overall a truly great company to deal with thank you and Merry WARM Christmas.

Called the office and they arrange for someone to visit my property the next day to fix what I thought was a broken valve in my son’s bedroom. Brilliant service, so quick. And the two guys who came out were fantastic and so friendly.

Initially arrived very quickly to assess and give a quote for the work needed. Very reasonable price. Kept me informed and updated of time slot for the work to be completed. A good system to track engineers arrival. The engineers were very proficient, friendly and respectful of the property. As in the name,the work was completed swiftly and left with a clean work area.
All involved were friendly and informative.

Professional and efficient service. We had a new boiler system fitted to the house and although we had some issues getting it to work effectively the team persevered and found a workable and effective solution. Always on time and ensured we were constantly informed of arriving times and visits. Great team and a credit to the business.
