The slowest social casinos I’ve ever played and I’ve seen played them all and sweepslots is that the only one that hasn’t paid me yet been waiting over a month and when I finally got ahold of somebody they told me to learn patience right before Stephen one of their staff disconnected without helping me at all he did the were updating their system or something and punt social casino left me 2 months on my first redemption but their site didn’t even work and was under maintenance sweepslots is still taking payments they should be paying when someone wins but if they pay me out soon I’ll come back and update and change the review but from what I hear on the Facebook casino review groups and Reddit they just ain’t paying out

Redeemed $400 on 2/2/25 and it is 2/28/25 now. I have reached out to their support via email and chat. I am told there is system issues slowing down the redemption process. I have been playing online casinos for years, the longest I have waited is 10 business days for redemption payouts. These guys will take your money all day long but when you actually win, good luck. Each day that goes by more negative reviews are posted and this has been on going for well over a year. More bad reviews means less players for them to scam and in return your chances of getting paid are less and less. I predict this casino will be going out of business, tied up in legal issues and eventually bankrupt very soon. My sisters husband is an attorney and we are preparing to file a complaint with the Florida court system against Regal Technologies LLC in the weeks ahead. I am also filing a BBB complaint along with this review on multiple casino review platforms. We need to speak up people. This is not acceptable business practice and they need to be stopped.

I have had a small redemption waiting since 1-10-25. I contacted support and they were not very helpful. I get redemptions are not instantons, but a month and a half wait is ridiculous. There are much better options for anyone wanting to play on sweeps casinos.

redeeming has been a nightmare... ive been waiting 10 days now to recieve my redemption, there email said it could take up to 10 days, but that never happens, well here it does. abd they offer skrill to redeem,so i chose that since its supposed to be almost instant, but they dont guve u an opertunuty to ever enter ur skrill details, to be able to recieve. ive written numerous emails, ive gotten absolutly nothing in replies, they dont even send u an email saying they recieved ur ticket and will be in touch, nope nothing, first social casino ive seen, that doesnt do that. so i finally get someone on chat today, and literally argue for over an hour about my redemption, and he twlls me its still pending, and they are taking linger than usaul, but couldnt tell me why, i proceed to tell him,it never gave me an opertunity to enter my skrilll details, and he tells me i need to cancel my redemption, because it wont ever go thru without my info,i tell him i dont wanna can el cuz then im 10 more days out, he says somethings jus take longer in life!?! so i finally cancel it, and redo it with my bank info this time, since obviously skrill isnt instant with them, and it does give me the option to atleast enter my bank info this time, but now, im 10 more days out... guess we'll see how long its gonna take this time

One of the worst online sweepstake sites out there. Terrible turnaround on redemptions. I made a redemption last August that didn't clear until December. I started another, much smaller redemption on December 12th, and it's still processing as of February 23rd.

It's been a month still no redemption. Customer service will not give an updated date of redemption. I've redeemed at 3 other places after. I do not recommend using this site. I will be filling a complaint with the regulator and BBB if I do not receive my redemption request this week.

Don't waste your time or money they don't pay

I have been trying to make a redemption for my money I won on the casino for 897$ and I have been trying to withdraw it for 4 months now I HIGHLY RECCOMEND NOT USING THIS CASINO IT IS A SCAM. I am going to be filing a small claims court case against this casino in the next few days because its been so long and I am going to get my money one way or another. They CAN take a bit long on the redemptions and verify process. HOWEVER FOR A FACT I KNOW it will work out! also I found emailing them helps along the processes.

This online casino is a complete joke! They have many games but what does it matter when you go to redeem they don't pay out! I have Been waiting over 2 months for a measly $100 from their redemption team and have yet to have my payment processed. Whe. You go to contact customer service they give u this same lame worn out excuse that they are having very high volumes of redemptions and that it will take 3-10 business days to receive the payment. 2 months is a lot longer than that! This is the absolute worst Social Casino out there! I play on multiple sites and I've always received my payouts on time. Crown coins even paid me on Christmas Day! It's been since December since I cashed out the first time, canceled it, then won more and redeemed it and on the 6th of January I requested a Redemption of $225 and it is now February 19th and I still don't have my money. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Unless I get my money within the week this website is a SCAM!

It was hard to think that anything could top my previous bad experience with an online casino but I was wrong.
The worst customer service in the online casino business, will leave you hanging on chat for several minutes at a time, and when they do answer it's the 15 days, please be patient BS like the other reviews mentioned....
Which brings me to my main point....What real-life casino would hold your winnings for 15 DAYS?!?! You'd never visit that casino again would you? Please heed this review and don't give these jokers any of your money, because if you do happen to win enough to cash out you're in for *at least* a 15 day wait, minimum.

They change redemption rules every time you redeem. First time takes long so they say wait “up to 15 days” 2nd will be fast… well Lies …I’m in my 2nd redemption day 16 waited nothing approved … Stephen the only “support service worker” says prior to the 15 days now i had to wait , day came - oh we have high volume of requests of redeeming , lied, and lastly weekends don’t count your on day 10” for $100 they’re messed up !!!! Constant run around !!!! I’m soooo SICK of these fraudulent sites who play with ppl but expect to be “patient” ha!! Ok

I have been waiting since DECEMBER 4,2024 for my remption of a total of $110 dollars. I currently haven't received anything from even after several emails to them, in which they never contacted me back and also cancelled my ticket. I will be leaving a 1 star review as it's the lowest I can give. I think this is total unfair to the players that win!.

I cashed out my redemption of $1600 January 27th. I read on their website where if you cashout to a debit card it only takes 1-5 business days. So I emailed them on the 5th business day (February 4th) then was emailed right back that it can take up to 10 business days. Since then I only receive contact back through chat messaging. Where yesterday (14 business days) I offered to provide more verification if needed to speed up the process cause I have read reviews where people has had to wait months. I was then told by "Stephen" that as support agents they have limited visibility into the exact timing of redemption approvals but they can assure me that I will receive my winnings as soon as the process is complete. I am done emailing and chatting with them. I am now going to their parent company.

They DO NOT PAY REDEMPTIONS. They tell you the same thing over and over. We updates are system and are backlogged. I’ve been waiting well over a month when it should have been 5-7 days. They don’t respond to email or tickets from the site and the phone number is disconnected. I’m almost positive it’s a scam.

Edit. I did get my redemption of $1000.00 finally. So I updated to 3 stars. I’d give more but the two month wait and lack of support sucks. Other than that I’m glad they do actually pay out cause I win easily and the games are pretty fun.

Redeemed Jan 2 it's now Feb 15 that's a month and a half with no more from customer support besides it will be processed soon. All redemptions are backed up. Judging from reviews no redemptions have been getting paid lately. Stay away!
