They only approve redemptions of $2,000 at a time. I submitted my first redemption in October of 2024, then recieved it in january 4th of 2025. I then submitted another one January 4th, of 2025, and I still haven't recieved it

Haven’t gotten my redemption I redeemed on the 20th of January it’s now February 12th and nothing this is ridiculous and absolutely crazy they haven’t emailed me back they stopped replying to me they told me 10 days then on like the 8th day they told me they changed their policy to 15 days it’s over way over that still haven’t gotten paid out I’m gonna have to do something

Beware of Sweepslots!!! They don't pay redemptions!!! They make up policies,without updating the terms and conditions, and they told me that effective immediately they changed the redemption process to 15 days, when their website states differently. I've been waiting over a month for my redemption. They constantly send automated emails that say the ticket is now closed. Then they request absolutely ridiculous documents, such as my personal bank information including my ending balance, that's absolutely absurd because there are no transactions with Sweepslots on my bank statement. They deserve zero stars in my personal opinion. It's a very shady operation!! There are many other options for social casino's!!

To bad i cant zero star. Its an awful site. Do not play it. They do not pay out. They do not have any rtp no matter the slot. There customer service is a brick wall. They're vip system is garbage. I have paid this site and am fully verified, have been waiting almost a month since my redemption and they just keep passing me off saying my redemption isnt processed yet and they are very busy and have indefinite timelines. this is trashy casino behavior that is unacceptable. I have been trying to get a response from support for over a month. I tried to verify my account to be able to redeem and they failed me for an undisclosed reason. I have purchased multiple coin packages and now they have my money trapped with absolutely no way to redeem. I reached out about a different issue with a game and they responded without helping, but still no response to my redemption issue.

Me : My request of 700$ made on 11/27/2024 has this not even been processed!!!! This is two months now and no response! I am not satisfied after all the money I had put into this gaming site to actually winning to make a redemption and can’t even get my own money!!! I will be going to the state and your partners if my funds are not received! This is not fair and really unprofessional! And my lawyer will agree for a bigger law suit, just because you guys can’t send me my 700$ thanks for all the run arounds and all the lies having people get there hopes up!
