My first redemption too
My first redemption took a while. I understand they have to verify you. But several months down the road I put in for my second redemption. & The site says it should only take 24-48 hrs for a bank transfer. It's been 22 days now & I still didn't have my money yet. They have a minimum redemption amount of $100. Also I was playing a crash game called High Striker which is a crash game & I was betting $100 bets. The game lost connection during the round & I was unable to stop my round, by the time connection was restored (broken connection was on their end, NOT MINE) the round had ended & my money was gone. This happened TWICE. So when I contacted them about it, they did nothing. I was just screwed out of $200 & after that they got rid of the game.

Finally got verified.. did debit transfer for withdrawal. Says 1 to 5 business days.. been 11 business days and the keep telling me be patient terms have changed and now 15 business days. I have read the terms and no where does it say that!!! Its hard to be patient when you're being lied to.
Waiting 1.5 months on a redemption
I’ve gotten at least 1-2 redemptions from this site in the past. They took 10+ days which is a long time for a redemption, but at least I got them. But I recently requested a redemption JANUARY 30 and still haven’t received it as of 3/8. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and keep getting the run around that “they’ll get to me in the order it was received.” I’m assuming (hoping) at some point I’ll receive it, but it is completely unacceptable for this to be going on for 1.5 months and for customer service to completely ignore me about the issue. I’ve seen many other people with the same issue. I absolutely would not put in my own money to this site.

i submitted a redeem for $580 on 1/9/25 and just a few days ago i got the email that it was processed and on the way so i contacted support after seeing the email asking about the progress of the withdraw and then "stephen" says my card info i put in wasnt accurate and i checked and it was and still is. He said the way i inputted it was the wrong format so i would have to do it again but correctly. So i asked him am i really going to have to wait another 40 days and he said he'll escalate it but cant promise any time frames. It took them 40 days to tell me "i put my info in "incorrectly". But all it was is redeeming to card and theres no way i messed up its info. I see the runaround method their trying to pull on me and its not gonna work. For their sake i hope i get my deserved funds soon or i will have to take action.

When I first started using this online casino in mid-late 2024 I had absolutely no problems redeeming prizes. Now after months of waiting for a redeem to clear, they say my bank account details don't work and to resubmit a redeem ticket. I have done just that at least 3 times and months later they send the same message. I have hundreds of dollars on this site that I'm afraid I will never again. I want this resolved and am not able to contract support on this site. I want to warn others that this site simply takes your hard earned money and never intends to pay you out.

Redemption times are horrible
Don't expect to get your money any time soon with this site. Their support give you the same canned answer over and over again. 10 days, yeah right. I'm going on well over a month and counting. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere and not spending it at this site.
Unexplained Redemption Delays
I've been playing on this site off and on for about a year and have generally had a good experience. Unfortunately, their redemption system has recently been questionable. I requested a redemption on February 8, and while their FAQ states that redemptions will be processed within 10-14 business days, it has now been nearly a month, and my redemption request still shows as pending. It's a relatively small amount, so it's not a huge hardship, but their customer service claims that it's because of an update to their system that caused a backlog. However, I know of at least 10 people who have been waiting for upwards of 6 weeks for their money. I would strongly advise not playing here until they get these issues fixed.

I have played here a long time took awhile but I finally got enough to cash out and then all the sudden it says unable to verify identity which I thought I'd already done. Then went to contact support about this and been days no response I submitted a request and also emailed support @sweepslots.com with nothing. Also prior to this couple days before I got a new phone number wanted to update it contacted support told em my new number. Also no reply but somehow manage to add my new number for me with a message email or anything to let me they tried to fix it. A majority of the other reviews match exactly my experience with Sweepslots. I submitted a redemption request for $100 on February 5th, 2025 and still nothing. Been in contact with customer support several times and still get same auto generated response as the first time I reach out to them. "be patient, we are experiencing issues,... Blah blah blah". I went back to my redemption request, canceled it and resubmitted a new one about a week ago now to no avail as of today March1,2025!!! Crazy long time to process a small amount... I wouldn't waist my money on it folks just say. Good luck everyone that's waiting for a redemption,hope yall hit a jackpot the next place you go. Requested removal of the daily wheel for myself.
As of today March 16, 2025 it says this when going to the website and I live in California.
“Due to local regulatory restrictions, sweepslots does not allow residents from certain countries to play in our sites. If you have any questions or need additional information, please send us an email.”
I was just on it last night but whatever, good riddance since the daily wheel is rigged to only land on gold coins now, and they changed the wait time from 5 hours to 12 hours to spin again. What a joke.
[New Update] April 21, 2025 from the previous update, and the message when I try to go to the website, it basically says US residents can’t access the platform but yet when I used a vpn and changed my location to Atlanta Georgia, I was able to access the platform and log in. Which means, I was blocked or California just isn’t a registered jurisdiction for them. But either way I’m glad. I’d only log in when the daily wheel was actually landing on SC instead of gold coins. 3 months straight that out of nowhere the wheel was only landing on gold coins. If I wanted gold coins I would have bought them, which I did but it’s also effed up that I spent money on the platform just to end up getting blacklisted. Not a crazy spender, in total I spent only like $20 maybe $30 bucks.
