Batterie facile à volé, 500€ si c'est le cas
Vélo cassé après chaque réparation, batterie prêt à être volé, sinon tu dois la portée par tous ou il vont te la volée 💯 c'est désagréable et tu dois payer 500euro pour la batterie, si il vole autres choses tu pay aussi, assurances vole n'existe pas!!!!
Gardez votre argent sinon vous allez avoir beaucoup de problème avec swapshit

La batterie d'une bike est l'élément le plus cher c'est pour cela qu'il est bien important de retirer la batterie apres chaque usage. Nous n'offrons pas de couverture vol pour l'instant a Bruxelles mais vous pouvez bien entendu en rajouter une de votre coté.

Delayed Delivery Twice
This company is honestly ridiculous. I ordered my bike, chose the delivery window and it didn't show up. I called, they apologized and I booked it for another day. It doesn't show up AGAIN...and when I call - they tell me that their delivery person was in a car accident, and I wouldn't be getting the bike for at least a week... BUT, I could go pick it up at one of their locations. I asked for a discount for my troubles, and they refused. Just unbelievably unreliable and terrible customer service. I just bought a bike from Decatholon. Save yourself the annoyance and grief and do the same if you can.

I understand that you have ordered your bike and had some issues in receiving which I understand is quite frustrating. We do offer the delivery option with our services but it sometimes happen that there is traffic or accidents and therefore the delivery has to be rescheduled. It is also possible to get your bike in the store so that you can get it faster.

Experience was quick and painless.
Guy serving me had good knowledge and communicated everything to me that I needed to know.
I had to sign up online and then go through the process in the shop. Even from sign up to leaving with my bike everything was done in around 15-20 mins.

Two broken bikes within the span of a week...
My personal experience was horrible. The first bike I got broke down in the first 30 minutes. The left pedal just fell off. After taking it back to the technician they had to give me another bike because the bike could not be fixed. The new bike also has many problems (the bike stand and back fender rub against the tire, the first 3 gears don't work...). I've decided to return the second bike and cancel my subscription.

Vriendelijk onthaal in Antwerpen. Eenvoudige maar goed afgestelde fiets gekregen. De aangeboden koffie maakte alles af!

Definitely go for it if you're looking to throw your money away
I've been a customer since 2014 (in the Netherlands). Then moved to Belgium and used Swapfiets again - it was fine but more expensive (they don't have their flagship colorful bikes here). I recently returned to Swapfiets as a temporary solution so I went for their mid-price e-bike. I have never canceled any subscription faster in my life! For 80 euros per month, they give you a heavily used bike without working gears. They delivered a bike that was incredibly dirty, full of scratches, loud and it's impossible to cycle on cobbles as it literally hurts you. They also gave me a broken charger, so I had to bike all the way to their shop to get it replaced. If you cancel your subscription, they won't pick it up either so you have to go by yourself. Also, if you cancel your subscription, you can't have them come to fix your broken bike anymore. On a good note, the staff working at the shop is highly trained and very kind. Overall, horrible quality bikes, further damaged by delivery men and then rented out to others - Swapfiets' image in Belgium is incomparable to the Netherlands. And if anything happens to your bike, you have to pay a LOT of money - this seems to be their new business model. This company used to make sense to me.

Als we SWAP kunnen bereiken is de service heel goed, maar dat het enkel via een app kan is een minpunt. Aan de telefoon moet zeer lang gewacht worden om iemand te kunnen spreken.

De fietsen zijn top en de service is uitstekend en snel! Leuk om bij te dragen aan een circulair marktmodel met minder wegwerp en duurzamer gebruik van materialen.
Perfecte oplossing als je tijdelijk een fiets nodig hebt, maar ook voor lange termijn is er een voordelig aanbod.
