Never buying from them again, lousy customer service. I emailed them to ask for urgent order and informed them on the date i would like to receive the shipment, paid urgent delivery charge and they promised it will be taken care of. But you know what happens after that, the day that I would like to receive the shipment, it was still not sent out and there was no communication at all after several chasers! What lousy customer service. Absolutely loss of words for this kind of service and even paying a premium for it!!

Terrible customer service—avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order on December 28, 2024, and nearly a month later, they claimed the address was incorrect. I provided the same address again, but they then said they couldn’t deliver to that location unless I paid an additional shipping fee—despite already spending nearly £40. Feels like a scam.

I ordered a premium looking breakfast tray, it was delivered as a flat pack!!! I had to put together flimsy pieces of woods, definitely not worth the money!

My son ordered a gift for his partner…
My son ordered a gift for his partner however the item was not made to a good standard. After reaching out to the company, they kindly offered my son refund of 50%. I asked for it to be 70% and they accepted this. The money was in his account within 5 days which we are grateful for.

I was very disappointed in the product…
I was very disappointed in the product I received. I felt that the advertising for this product was nowhere near accurate in any way. The bad part about it is that I ordered two of them before I knew what it was going to look like. I will not be ordering from here again and definitely will be letting others know this is not a good place to order products.

Birthday gift
Arrived in time. Box gift was in was a bit tattered and globe was wrapped in Chinese newspaper. I thought the photo would also include the background.... Not just the two people. I am going to have to vamp up the packaging somehow. Globe and stand it sits on are a lot smaller than I imagined they would be. It's still a nice gift though.

It was late arriving and the packaging wasn’t sufficient and the box was totally destroyed luckily item wasn’t damaged but had to buy additional packaging as it was bought as a gift

The lamp I ordered was not assembled nor did it say assembly required. There were also no instructions and it needed a glue gun. I requested a refund but I was told I would have to send it back at my expense. Will not order from this store again.

HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT
Got a name plate for a special occasion celebration and was a tad skeptical ordering from here… but was BLOWN AWAY at the product. Swang DEFINITELY delivered and my item was packaged securely to ensure its’ safe arrival.

Very disappointed in this product as…
Very disappointed in this product as the picture is completely different than what I ordered. The product is very cheap and I am disappointed after I have spent $70 on this. Now I am embarrassed to give as a gift. They will only give a %30 refund which is absolute bs. I will not be buying from this site in the future.
