Got the wrong flowers for my purchase…
Got the wrong flowers for my purchase and they won't let me exchange without paying. I go back and forth with them becasue it was a mistake on their part but whoever is answering doesn't answer my questions. The website contradicts itself which is why the product was wrong. Do not order from here. The products are low quality for such a high cost and you definitely won't get a refund or a return, even if it goes along with the terms on their website.

Steer-clear of SwanGift
Mis-advertisement of delivery, Paid for the item to arrive within 2-3 working days (with DHL fast track), then found out that the Item was shipping from China using China Post, and then DHL Fast track within the UK. Further to the issue, the Item arrived damaged, and the quality of the laser etching was poor, and just about recognisable. I sent an email to Swangift, but no response was received.
Overall, poor customer service, and product support.

Photo gift received was poor quality
Photo gift received was poor quality. 20 pictures were stated to be included in the personalisation, only half were clear . The rest bury. After back and forth, stating that the quality of photos supplied were of perfessional quality, they said please understand it happens.
This is NOT good enough.
False advertising of 20pics . Very unhappy with quality and service. Asked to get this remade and rhey said no.

Extremely Poor Quality
The engraved wooden photo was extremely poor quality and the wood that I received was also damaged and broken to the corners. Delivery almost took 1 month and compared to the advertised product what i received wasnt even comparable to the photographs online. I have then requested a refund to be advised that they would only offer to return 30% which I am now disputing with my payment provider as this contradicts the terms on their website. I would advise others to avoid this company!

Don’t do it. It’s not worth the few bucks you may save
I battled with this company through PayPal after not receiving either item. They waited until their last day of the dispute to provide a tracking number. The package showed up a good 2 weeks after it should have using their guidelines, even with the latest arrival time being used. The items ordered arrived broken and damaged. Now I’m fighting again through PayPal for a refund again. Don’t waste your time. Literally any other website but this one. The products produced are poor, the anniversary prints could be done yourself bc that’s the quality of work that arrives with a crappy frame for $39. Not to mention the spots all over it as well.

Not great at all
The gift arrived just in time for the birthday it was ordered for but that's all that went OK. I initially tried to cancel by emailing Swangift about 18 hours after I ordered when I realised the item had to come all the way from China. However, I was told that production had started and I could only get a 70% refund, despite it clearly saying on the Swangift website that you can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering. I was assured that I would not be disappointed with the quality and that my item would be shipped as soon as it was completed. I ordered an image etched on wood from a photograph I provided - what arrived was an unfinished slab of wood with bark flaking off the sides and my photograph printed on it, definitely not etched or engraved. The image is off centre, missing half the photo and looks like a cartoon. It was a gift for a special birthday and was too late to do anything about it by the time it arrived. Total waste of money.

Neon Sign, love it
I bought a neon sign for my garden bar from Swangift, I was a little dubious due to the fact that it was about half the price of others that I had looked at. I ordered it and it took a couple of weeks to arrive which is fine as I know it was coming from the far east. I’m delighted with it, I wasn’t sure what to expect but I love it.
