If it was an option to give negative…

If it was an option to give negative stars I would. I placed my order on July 17th. It has been lost in transportation for over a month now after having made it to the United States. Even after sending their "customer service" screenshots of the tracking to show them, I get told to "wait patiently"

This company is an absolute joke. I keep requesting a refund and to cancel the order since neither they nor the transportation can locate my items. But they are clearly thieves

Hopefully future potential customers read all of the horror stories of poor service and don't get robbed like I am

Wrong face backwards name…

I received my order within a reasonably amount of time however when I got it the face looked nothing like the picture I sent. It was someone else's face on it and the name was backwards. I emailed them and they told me I would have to pay $15 for a shipping fee. This was their fault.

They sent me the wrong product

They sent me the wrong product. When I told them they said they would make me a new one, but I had to pay $15 for shipping. This was their mistake. I should not have to pay shipping fees for their error.

Update: I sent them the picture like they suggested and I got the same answer :

Sorry, if you are not satisfied, we are willing to make a new one for you. You need to pay the shipping fee of $15. I hope you can accept it.

Worst experience

I made an order in August 1st week and didn’t received my order yet… so disappointed and when emailed just got the same response that will be notified once order shipped… the order is not yet shipped nor have any clue where the order is or if I will really get the order .. I am terribly disappointed with this and wish I have read the reviews a bit earlier .. I would never ever recommend this product nor website to anyone …

UNHAPPY WITH THE WAIT TIME FOR ORDER

Placed an order on 5th August, still not arrived wrote an email, they did reply, politely, however, it said on website it would be a week, how wrong
this is. The reply from email:

We are sorry that the production time is too long. You know, sometimes there are things that are beyond our control.

After checking, your order production has been completed.

Your package has been sent to the logistics company. The logistics company will ship your package immediately after receiving it! You will be notified by email after the product is shipped, and you can click the logistics link to track the location of the package at any time. Please don't worry. We will let you know the order status as soon as it is updated.

They did an amazing job

They did an amazing job, even reaching out to reconfirm the quote I wanted written on the back. The only thing was that I think it was too small, the wooden picture frame I ordered. I ordered the biggest one you had but it really wasn’t that big lol

I have ordered two items from this company. On the website it says 5-7 days delivery but it’s been three weeks now and still no word of items being dispatched. If they do eventually arrive both birthdays will have passed. I’m so disappointed. I too wish I had read the reviews before placing order.

I got a great gift personalised which u wouldn't be able to get in a shop they were helpful over emails and I got tracking I could track every step of the way, it did take just over 2 weeks but my gift had to be made and travel from china

Average Quality Product

Way too long to wait, ie timeframe advertised was incorrect.
Item not great quality, the attachment had to be modified to allow the crystal to fit in the centre of the sun catcher frame. Frame very cheap looking

I ordered back in July still haven’t received item emailed twice and have had no response ..

I am also questioning legitimacy of this company and will be contacting my bank about refunding my payment.

Exceeded expectations!

Bought a customised Airplane light for a birthday gift...everything was EXACTLY what I ordered! I was weary buying something like this from an oversees site because of quality and scams...but this exceeded my expectations in every way! Quality of it is amazing, materials used were very high quality, works perfectly, the visual effect is spot on and the customisation is on point. My partner Loves it! Will be recommending them to friends and will likely buy more stuff too! For the price I paid, i didnt expect it to be so damn good. Good communication with real time tracking at exact points, was only 15 business days(including customisation) to get from China to Melbourne, Autralia. Cheers guys!

Terrible quality, broken on arrival, would never use again

Long time before product arrived and was late for gift recipient
Then arrived in inadequate packaging
Product as a result of poor packaging was broken
The quality of the product was terrible/cheap especially considering how much I paid
I attempted to contact requesting refund- email was not valid- now contesting with my credit card

Great service, fantastic item

I ordered a customised sign on 13th April and it arrived today (29th April). From Hong Kong to Tasmania in 12 working days including Easter is fantastic. I can't understand all the negative reviews. The item is very good quality and looks terrific. I wish I could upload a pic of it.
