If only I could give zero stars!!
Ordered what I believed was a 4d figurine for my daughters wedding. No communication nor acknowledgement of order. This "figurine" was a sheet of cheap plastic with a picture of someone that looked nothing like my daughter with a piece of tape across the middle saying "do not remove" which I had to as it covered her face. When removed I realised this had been smashed in half and was held together only by the tape!
This shop only sells tat and having sent many emails I'm still awaiting a response. AVOID!!

Avoid. Fake. My card was cloned.
Sadly the gift is ordered has taken over 3 weeks to deliver with no firm time update given. Also my debit card got cloned after payment. Thankfully the fraud squad blocked them. This was the only purchase I made, online so im pretty sure they leaked my personal data. I am sure I'll get the same copy and pasted response with an email address to contact that others have had.
Edit: received the same email explaining time difference and an email address to contact. I had already contacted them prior to this post and gotten nowhere. Still haven't got product. 6 weeks later.
Edit: Product did arrive eventually.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I have waited 3 weeks for any kind of communication from them. Each time I have contacted them about my order, I get the same response that my product is in production and they will email me once it has shipped. The info on their website site says it will take 3-5 business days for production and then ship. I’m feeling as though I have been scammed.

Order arrived today. Very disappointed. It looks nothing like the advertised picture, it's dull and very cheap looking, will be embarrassed to give to SIL for a milestone birthday, If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Will definitely read reviews in future. Not worth the money 😡

Feeling unsatisfied
I paid £35 and my purchase did not look like my brother and I was asked to pay an additional £15 shipping for a new product to be made but I was not confident this would be any better. Feeling very let down!

I ordered the 3rd of August and got the order today 3rd October. I have improved my rating to 3 stars as it did come and the product is okay. The product it self doesn’t remotely resemble what was advertised however it’s not a complete bad product, I was expecting figurines and got a cartoon cut out of ourselves. The price is totally unreasonable considering what you get. It took two months to come when it says 17 business days including delivery via the website.
Feedback
If you advertise the product for what it is and discount the price and state long wait times you may get better feedback.

False advertising and ridiculous refund offer
I bought a personalised gift for my PIL's 50th wedding anniversary. The website said it would take 5-7 days to produce and then up to 2 weeks to arrive. I was fine with that considering it would be personalised. After 12 business days, I contacted them to find out why it hadn't shipped yet. They said "because it is a personalised gift, it would take longer for a quality product." I asked why they advertised it as taking 5-7 days to produce knowing it is a personalised item. They wouldn't answer that question and just sidestepped it despite my repeatedly asking the same question. I was given a ridiculous offer of "£3 refund to be patient and wait a little longer." They said they "expedited the order but it would take a month." As far as I am concerned, that is a clear case of false advertising. I did receive a full refund eventually.

This does not deserve any star rating, very disappointed to say the least. Quite expensive for a flimsy bit of MDF definitely nothing like advertisements. There was no engraving on the base either. Looks very cheap & nasty!

Totally disappointed. After waiting over 9 weeks, the imaages are nothing like the images. The guy looks like some random man with a beard. The girl has a double chin! nothing like the two people it was a present for. Perhaps I should have read the reviews first!
