J'utilise SWAN pour mon activité via…PENNYLANE
J'utilise SWAN pour mon activité via mon outil comptable PENNYLANE.
J'utilise très souvent les cartes bancaires virtuelles pour régler sur le web.
J'ai aussi une carte physique.
J'ai aussi mis en place les prélèvements de mes honoraires avec mes clients.
Je fais régulièrement des virements instantanés, sans difficulté.
L'intégration à PENNYLANE est très fluide, sur l'application PENNYLANE sur mobile comme sur PC.
Concernant mon activité, je propose le dépôt de capital via PENNYLANE lors de la création de nouvelles sociétés, afin d'accélérer les process.
Et pour les clients qui souhaitent confier une carte bancaire à leurs salariés pour différents frais, je leur propose d'utiliser aussi le compte PRO.
Pour moi, l'expérience client est intuitive, rapide et très fluide.

Refus de renseigner.
J'ai envoyé 240 euros sur mon compte chez Swan, somme destinée à être investie, ensuite, par une autre société. Cette dernière m'informa ne rien avoir reçu. Swan refuse de me donner des informations, vu que je suis "une tierce personne".
Je constitue un dossier auprès de la justice.
