I ordered a swan air fryer in early…
I ordered a swan air fryer in early July
I sent emails to find out where it was to get an email on 10th August to tell me they were out of stock so would give me my money back into bank account.
I still had not received my refund so emailed on 27th August to find out where my refund was and they told me they hadn’t done it right but was fixing that day.
Today 28th still not in my bank and have now been told it will take upto 14 days to be in my bank.
This is not good enough I will definitely never use them again.

Exceptionl customer service
Exceptionl customer service. The measuring cup from my egg cooker had broken.
I emailed to ask if I could purchase a replacement & they said it wasn't in stock, but they took the trouble of contacting the warehouse. A replacement was received within a few days with no charge.

Avoid at all cost from this Lying thieving Company
What can I say about this company after ordering something through Amazon and it was delivered to the wrong door through the Delivery company Evri Swan still upheld Evri‘s Delivery photos saying that it was delivered to the right door even even if it was a ground floor flat and I live on the third and submitting photo evidence they still refuse to refund . I will never order anything from this company again and this will be one of many reviews on other sites that I leave . Just replying to the message that Swan sent me you trusted a company that has a very very bad reputation on Trustpilot and other review sites EVRI and even though I told you that that was not the apartment of where the Delivery should’ve gone through Evri photo you still took their side and just fobbed us off saying it was delivered so I will not be changing my review. I standby with what I said and I will never ever buy anything from your company again.

New retro fridges are awful!
Our swan fridge of 5 years broke so it was time to buy a new one. We bought the EXACT same fridge/freezer again because I loved the first one so much - however, the changes you've made to your retro fridges are AWFUL. Cheap flimsy plastic drawers compared to the thick, chrome ones before, gotten rid of the LED light strips to have one rubbish light not even a moth would go for. Gotten rid of the two drawers in the fridge, now only one. Used to have dual controls of the fridge and freezer, now just one rubbish little dial.
I'm so disappointed in the cheap changes you've made, considering the price doesn't reflect this. Wont be purchasing again after this one. If we weren't desperate I would have returned this one!

I placed an order on their website for…
I placed an order on their website for an air fryer. On the 5th August I got my confirmation email to say they had received my order and I’d receive a dispatched email soon. On the 12th of August I still hadn’t received the dispatched email so I contacted customer services to be told that my item was out of stock and I was offered either a refund or to wait for the item to come back in stock. I’m very disappointed that I wasn’t contacted as soon as the item was out of stock to let me know about this. The website needs to be improved if it’s allowing people to place orders that aren’t even available! Nobody has yet to reply to my request of a refund. Don’t buy from their website!

Faulty fan
Bought a new evaporator fan from Swan and it was great at first, however within weeks the evaporator stopped feeding water around for no reason. Contacted customer services who told me to cut the power cable to get a refund, as they were not back in stock until next year. Customer services were helpful enough but so wasteful that this is going in the bin within weeks.
