Like everyone else found out, this company is committing fraud. The items I ordered were poor quality and didn't look very much like their ads. Be advised that you can get your money back through your credit card. This company will not honor their "30 day money back guarantee", instead they claim you can get back 10% and keep the items, or spend $40 or so to ship them back. (Turns out it's China, not Kentucky, Savannah, or any of the other US locations they claim to be) Don't bother with them, just call your credit card company. I was able to get a full refund. If the company wants their items back, they will have to pay the shipping. Honestly, I don't think even the thrift stores would take this stuff. So poorly made.

I am so angry! I waited for this delivery a long time and when it finally arrived it was absolutely nothing like the photo I ordered! The fabric was synthetic and nasty, completely wrong color and wrong pattern!
I want my money back ASAP

Buyers Beware!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!
Immediately upon opening the package I knew I'd been scammed. The pictures and description of the boots I ordered were nothing like what I received. They stink like chemicals and are at very best, plastic.
When I contacted for return/refund information I was told it would cost me approximately $50 to ship them back and they would offer me a $9.00 refund.
This product went straight in the trash!! Sad that so many are scammed out of their money.

Absolutely garbage! These people need shut down. My story is just like the others. I cant believe I fell for this. This is how they do business because these reviews are all too similar to eachother and mine. I hope Karma finds them.

This company is false advertising. They filtered a photograph of their product to look like a fuzzy sweater and what I got was a cheap polyester print I couldn’t get my head through. When I emailed them to find out how to return… I received no response. They are a total scam and I think there are several companies out there on Facebook with similar names advertising the same or like products. Facebook needs to shut them down!

Nothing like the discription or the picture! They were willing to refund me 10 % of cost or I could spend $30 to $50 to send it back to China for refund. The price of the sweater!!!! So sad and shameful!

This is a scam; very very poor product quality not at all consistent with photos or description. No response at all despite repeated mailings re: obtaining a return authorization. No phone number.
No doubt a China-operated scam that picked a couple of given names to make it sound like a North American company. Absolute crap product quality.

I ordered three pair of shoes. The quality was EXTREMELY POOR, THIN SOLES, INCORRECT SIZING, AND SMELLED STRONGLY OF GLUE! MADE IN ASIA SOMEWHERE. SHIPPING RETURNS NEEDED TO GO BACK TO ASIA. VERY EXPENSIVE SO IM GIVING TO HOMELESS SHELTER.

Terrible quality terrible fit
Advertised as sweater material and it was polyester print. The neck hole was so small I couldn’t fit my head through. Total waste of money.

I purchased a sweater for my (adult) daughter. It looked nice in the photo but when it finally arrived, it was horrible quality. Very bad. Don’t waste your money like I did.

I would rate this company a negative 1000 if it were possible to do so. It is a complete scam business and I kick myself for not checking it out better before buying an item on it.

I bought what was shown to be a beautiful woven fuzzy sweater for the "sale" price of $70 but what came (over a month after ordering it) was a cheap, tacky, ugly polyester top. Not a sweater. Not at all as shown in the phote. It looked like a $2 item on the clearance rack at Walmart. The great reviews of the item on their website were obviousy fake. They would not return my money, but said they would give a 60% of cost refund. Of course I have not received this refund yet.

Awful company. My husband ordered expensive shoes for Christmas that are too big. No returns after 30 days which is a scam. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Same story here. I forgot to check the reviews! When I ordered a regular priced pair of shoes, I got what looked like a pair of shoes from the Dollar Store which were too tight! (And I used their sizing chart.) Could have returned them at my expense of a 30 to 50 dollar charge TO ASIA. (Sadly they are ripping people off by including Kentucky in their name.) They finally after several e-mails, did refund me 25% of my $69 pair of shoes which are too tight for me. I really don't want them in my sight! I'm frustrated.

This is a scam company off loading crappy merchandise. They sent shoes three sizes too big. After complaining and leaving bad reviews on their website, they offered to give me 100% refund in the form of a credit. I ordered a shirt. Took over a month to get, then it's clearly a man's shirt. Buttons on wrong side, extremely long and short sleeves 4" longer than fingertips. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! They don't deserve the 1 star

This company is dishonest. They label items as being leather and it is not. Cashmere as cheap polyester. My bad for not researching this before I ordered. If you return you pay for it which is way over the cost of the item. I wasted a lot of money on cheap crab from China.

I ordered a pair of shoes, and not only did it take a month to receive them, but they sent a pair that are two sizes too big! I was offered a 50% refund and could keep the shoes. Unacceptable!! I do not need shoes that are 2 sizes too big. I wrote back and have had no response.

Shoes were shipped in a plastic bag without any protection, they don't even pretend to care.

Zero stars would be the best choice.. Again, I forgot to check reviews. Ths company is out of Asia, not out of Kentucky. It was not a sweater that I ordered.It was a polyester mess and it would cost me thirty to fifty dollars to return it.. Shame on you shame on me for not checking.That will never happen again.

The item was horrible! Described as a sweater and was a scratchy polyester fabric that was awful to even touch. The head opening was so tight it woudn't even fit over my head. They offered a 15% refund to "keep the item and save the hassle", I did not accept stating I would send the item at my own cost and get a full refund. They replied they would refund 25%... I rejected. Then they offered 35%..... you get it. The products are garbage and they are SCAMMERS!

I had a similar experience to many others: the products I ordered took a long time to arrive and bore little resemblance to the photos on the website. Definitely a scam. I asked to return the products and they offered a 20% refund. Not sure if this is part of the scam. Don’t order from this company!
