Un vrai service de Qualité, un produit fiable et facile à installer. J'utilise depuis 3 ans et je vais en acheter un deuxième pour équiper un nouveau logement. c'est vrai que le dévérouillage fait un peu de bruit mais cela permet d'être informé que le chat rentre ou sort. Aucun chat extérieur n'a pu rentrer frauduleusement chez nous par la chatière, le filtrage est très efficace. Les piles durent 2 mois dans ma configuration avec un chat.

I’ve been using a SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap for over 10 years now – currently being on my second one due to an extension build. I have only had issues on two occasions - which were both of either my own or my cat’s making (i.e. not build quality). On both occasions I contacted customer services for advice who were exemplary. Both times, I was responded to same day by email and subsequently provided with a new part next day delivery which completely resolved my issues. In my opinion and experience, Sure Petcare is an excellent company who make quality products with commendable customer service. I shall continue to happily recommend you to others.

I’ve bought 2 of the cat flaps for microchipped cat and they work a treat. Large in size and a little costly but easy to install and simple to programme.
And importantly, no more random cats getting in and fighting with mine!

I own 3 microchip feeders, 1 of them developed an issue and after a video call the gentleman agreed that the feeder was broken beyond repair as the feeders come with 3 years warranty it was no issue to send out a new unit. Call handler was very helpful on the video call going through different settings on the feeder to make sure it wasnt user error.

I have recently changed
from a single entry cat flap (locks one way) to duel microchip access cat flap (locks both ways) . After reviewing for a few days, it has prevented a local Tom cat from gaining access (using his claws to open the flap) to my property,
While allowing quick access For my cat without issues. Works seamless with my cat microchip, no need for a cat collar!

Contacted Sure Petcare as my chip activated catflap had failed. They responded quickly and efficiently and upon accepting it wasn't functioning as it should sent out a replacement without quibble

Chatière connect très pratique: le couvre feu permet de maintenir les chats à l'intérieur la nuit par exemple et leur permettre de sortir tôt le matin, même si on dort encore. Hyper pratique aussi de pouvoir confiner un animal à l'intérieur (par exemple en prélude d'une visite chez le vétérinaire ou pour raisons de santé) sans que les autres ne soient impactés. Par ailleurs, système facile à nettoyer. Enfin, j'ai dû faire appel a SAV, qui s'est avéré très réactif, avec un suivi personnalisé, des solutions en vidéo, etc. Même si cela n'a pas permis de solutionner le problème, j'apprécie les efforts et j'ai réinvesti dans une nouvelle chatière.

Tania at Sure Petcare put my mind at ease regarding a problem with my Sure Petcare Microchip Feeder. The door of the device was not opening or closing properly, which allowed other household pets to access its contents. After I provided a video demonstrating the issue, Tania responded quickly and assured me that a replacement would be sent out under warranty. Would highly recommend Sure Petcare !

First of all, I absolutely love my SureFeed feeders for my cats! I’ve had them for years and have never had a single issue with them.

I recently reached out to customer support because I wanted to purchase new lids for my feeders. Over the years, the seams on mine had become dirty and difficult to clean, so I figured it was time for replacements. They asked me to send photos and, to my surprise, they’re sending me replacement lids completely free of charge!

I’m beyond happy with both the product and the customer service. It’s so refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and go above and beyond for its customers.

I recently had an intermittent problem with my SureFlap Pet Door Connect, which stopped reliably detecting my cat's microchip.

The Sure Petcare team were fantastic throughout the troubleshooting process. They worked through a number of tests with me, including RFID testing, sensor checks and reviewing videos I provided of the problem occurring.

Although it took some time to get to the bottom of the issue, they continued to investigate and eventually had their technical team review everything and identify the cause.

I really appreciated the patience, communication and willingness of the team to keep working with me rather than simply dismissing the problem.

Dit is echt een van de beste klantenservice die ik ken! Een van mijn poesje slaagt erin het secure flap kattenluik open te maken. De ander stond er verdwaasd bij. Ik heb ook geen idee hoe ze het voor elkaar kreeg. Maar ook al was het leuk al meerdere jaren oud, toen ik contact lukte. Met de klantenservice hebben ze mij geheel kosteloos een speciaal opzetstuk opgestuurd.

I love this company. I do not say that lightly but they have developed a nearly perfect product in the Microchip Pet Feeder and I have always received excellent support when needed. They also honor their warranty (and it’s a great warranty - 3 years!). I will keep buying from Sure Petcare because they stand behind their excellent products.

Heb meerdere sure voedselbakken met chip, die het uitstekend doen,en waar nooit iets mee was. Tot onlangs 1 bak slecht functioneerde en erg veel herrie maakte. Contact met Surepetcare gehad en het was zo geregeld! Een vervangende bak ontvangen, en de Britten en ik zijn er erg blij mee. Zowel met de producten van dit bedrijf als met de klantenservice.
