Wir hatten jetzt ein Problem mit der App und haben innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Lösung bekommen ohne vorher erst zig FAQs durchlesen zu müssen...

Faulty product - fixed quickly by customer service
My sureflap catflap stopped working with the warranty period.
Sureflap customer service were very efficient, provided clear instructions for testing and then sent out a replacement flap by next day courier.
I'd give sure petcare 5* for their customer service, but my cat still hasn't forgiven me for getting stuck outside in the rain when the flap failed so only 4*.

Cat Flap Connect - great product and service
I've had Cat Flap Connect for a few years now and it worked flawlessly until a couple of months ago. I rang Sure Petcare, we went through a few things to fix it and I received an email with more suggestions. That seemed to work until a few days ago.
I emailed to say that the problem had come back and to provide some photos and proof of purchase. Sure Petcare sent me a replacement the next day and I'm pleased to report that it's now installed and working perfectly. Thanks!

Microchip Katzen Feeder
Mein Feeder hatte innerhalb der Garantiezeit ein Problem mit dem Motor. Nachdem ich ein Video vom Problem geschickt hatte wurde mir umgehend ein neuer Feeder zugeschickt. Sehr guter Kundenservice. Vom ersten Mail bis zum Paket in meiner Hand hat es gerade mal 3 Tage gedauert.

4th I have bought!
Excellent product! This is the 4th I have bought and 2nd with adaptor for family &friends houses. Relatively simple to fit and work well only replaced batteries once since fitted. Reasonable price. Prompt delivery. Highly recommended!

Das Geräusch stört
Ich würde ja gerne 5 Sterne vergeben, da die Klappe und Funktionsweise tadellos sind. Aber, daher der Abzug, dieses blöde Klickgeräusch beim Entriegeln. Meine Katze hat sich so erschrocken, dass sie nur noch Abstand von dieser Katzenklappe gehalten hat. Wochenlang versuche ich sie nun an dieses Geräusch zu gewöhnen und sie ist schon etwas entspannter und hat sich an das Geräusch einigermaßen gewöhnt, abervon sich aus, mag sie immer noch nicht durchgehen. Ich hoffe irgendwann kommt eine geräuschlose Klappe auf den Markt.

Unbelievably fantastic customer service
The customer service of this company is almost surreal. They are absolutely the best I have ever encountered in terms of responsiveness , problem solving and providing solutions without hesitation. The product is indispensable for us with 3 cats and it is a really good product. We can monitor our cats when we are away for a short period and have peace of mind that they are all okay. We will always have a sure pet cat flaps as long as we have cats. Thank you

100% recommendation
It is so refreshing to have such a positive experience! My cat flap door, which is more than 10 years old, wasn't opening properly and the responses and support I have received from Margaux at Sure Petcare have been absolutely amazing - not only speedy and professional, but also totally reassuring, friendly and so helpful. The result is that the cat flap is working properly again, so it's 100% recommendation all round!

Ich benötigte eine neue durchsichtige Klappe für unsere Sureflap Haustierklappe. Schnellauf der Seite gefunden, der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach sehr sehr günstig: 14 Euro incl. Versand. Lieferzeit: Über Nacht !!
Dabei eine bebilderte Anleitung zum Tausch, sowie Hinweis auf Montagevideo.
Besser geht es nicht. Würde ich immer wieder empfehlen!!

Very good company
Very good company. I wrote saying a determined intruder cat was able to circumvent their microchip operated cat flap terrorising our cat. Sure petcare responded very quickly to my request for assistance and have sent me an updated cat flap to deal with the problem free of charge.i am very impressed with their service.
