I was helped by Margaux last week and honestly, I am extremely impressed at the speed of response to my original enquiry, the advice I received from Margaux and finally the after care and replacement part I needed was sent out by carrier for next day delivery. Amazing!!

Certes, les gamelles à puce surefeed sont chères mais c'est vraiment un très bon produit. Elles permettent de protéger les aliments des insectes, mais surtout de différencier l'alimentation des chats en cas de besoin. Certes, il y aura toujours quelques situations où des chats très malins parviendront à contourner le système (j'ai ainsi du bidouiller un niveau de protection supplémentaire pour une des gamelles), mais cela reste un produit fiable et avec une bonne durée de vie. De plus, j'ai eu besoin du SAV pour une gamelle qui ne fonctionnait plus, une fois la vidéo de démonstration envoyée, on m'a répondu sous 24h qu'elle ne pouvait pas être réparée et qu'une gamelle neuve venait de m'être envoyée. Bref, cher mais une valeur sûre qui ne domine pas le marché pour rien.

Would have been good to have phone support for this. All phone numbers, even the ones given in response from support did not work. The unit came with faulty firmware and is being replaced.

Although there were a couple of questions that were not replied to,support were very professional in responses and dealt with the issue quite well.

Uno de los dos hacía un ruido raro y una vez se quedó bloqueado. escribí a la empresa explicando el problema y envié un vídeo. Sin más me enviaron uno nuevo y ni me pidieron la devolución del otro. Bei unserem Futterautomaten hat die Chiperkennung nicht mehr funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Service war sehr schnell und freundlich. Wir haben nach dem Zusenden eines Videos sofort eine Ersatzlieferung bekommen.

Fantastic customer service, I had an issue with a 2 year old battery catflap and they replaced it. Very easily and quickly. Cat flap works really well.

Ruim 3 jaar geleden de sureflap microchip kattenluik gekocht en dat ging al die jaren prima. Tot enkele maanden geleden bleek er opeens een vreemde kat het eten van onze poezen op te peuzelen ! Iedere dag opnieuw. Balen. Contact opgenomen met sureflap. Resetten hielp helaas niet. Ondanks dat de garantie net verlopen was, kregen we toch een gloednieuwe dualscan microship Cat Flap geleverd. En de inbreker heeft zich niet meer laten zien. Geweldige service !

I reached out to Sure Petcare with no expectations of a resolution fully expecting to need to replace the catflap myself however the team got back to my email so quickly instantly to the point and by email number 2 a new catflap was on its way to myself at no cost - I appreciate the pace and urgency that this was resolved for me and will certainly be a longstanding customer and recommend Sure Petcate products to all friends and family, thank you so much!

Firstly, I was able to speak to a human, very rare these days. Their support continued via email, responses were always prompt. My problem was resolved by me receiving a replacement part FOC. Very good service. I wish dealing with other companies on support issues was as easy as this.

10yr old microchip pet door had not been used for 5 yrs, when we acquired a new cat and found the door to be faulty. Contacted SURE, anticipating the advice to purchase a new door, but their speedy response & advice/guidance to clean it of all the insect & spider debris, accompanied by pictorial instructions for dismantling was excellent. Unfortunately it needed more than a simple clean & when I told them the problem & symptoms, the response was above & beyond. Within 2 days they sent a complete new "motor cartridge" & another set of instructions for fitting, all free of charge with free delivery & even sent advice on disposal of the old part. Cannot fault their service - an example to many others.

In the twelve plus years we’ve been using Sure Petcare catflaps I can’t fault their customer service. Whenever we’ve had an issue they’ve dealt with it quickly and efficiently.

I had the best customer service I have ever experienced. Prompt response. Detailed instructions. Felt like they really wanted to resolve the problem with my cat flap as quickly as possible.

I had a lot of help on the phone, I should know by now how to reset the feeders after they’ve been looked after by other people but keep forgetting. I also had one that I came back to with a lid that refused to shut completely. As I’ve just found out that two of my cats have early CKD it is vital to have them working so I know how much and what they’ve all eaten. I contacted Sure pet care after my cat flap started to drain the batteries. I had a video call and advise on what to do but despite my efforts they will replace the flap as it is still under warranty. Excellent service highly recommended.

Astonishing customer service in this day and age. My microchip cat flap had a problem with the opening mechanism, and they not only responded properly to my email (by a human, and asking relevant questions that were not about shirking responsibility but actually identifying the problem) but also replaced the whole unit without quibble within days when it became clear that it would not be possible to reliably ship individual parts to my part of the world (South Africa).

Also, just to mention that this is my second cat flap - the first one that i bought more than 3 years ago is still working perfectly, leading to a different part of the garden.

Cannot recommend these products enough.

Wir nutzen die Katzenklappe und die dazugehörige App inzwischen schon seit 5 Jahren. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und an dieser Stelle muss einfach mal der Support gelobt werden. Wir hatten jetzt ein Problem mit der App und haben innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Lösung bekommen ohne vorher erst zig FAQs durchlesen zu müssen...
