Great service

Chairs were high quality. Service was efficient and when I pointed out that they had shipped me 7 instead of the 6 chairs I ordered, they told me it was on them. Pretty cool.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service, selection, and did I mention customer service? From the minute I placed my order until the day I received the items, Superior Seating was constantly in touch with me to be sure that I was aware of my delivery date, did I need anything else, was I happy with the ordering process, then after delivery- was everything as I expected, could they do anything to help, etc.. I love dealing with this company! wourecommend

We received our very large order in a …

We received our very large order in a very timely fashion. If I had one comment it would be that we did not receive a call or email stating our order was arriving. From past experience with companies nothing arrives that quickly therefore we were not really ready to accept the order. Luckily someone was at "the new business" that day and it worked out however a call would have been great. The product came packaged perfectly. Thank you. We will for sure do future business.

Nice chairs but difficult customer service and deliverey

We ordered our chairs almost a month out and were under the impression that we would be able to receive them in a timely manner. We had to call DAILY to make sure they arrived-- which wasn't until the night before we opened our bar!!!!! We were unable to get a definite delivery date---just kept being told "hopefully". Everyone we spoke to was pleasant, but there didn't seem to be any mechanism to define a delivery date. Chairs are great!

A great experience!

Amazing, accommodating, and timely customer service. Very high quality durable product with flawless customization. Comprehensive stock to chose from. On schedule production. Lots of attention considering we were a smaller customer. We could not be more pleased!
