I went into the superdrug in limerick city on william street with a friend and was looking for a setting spray. we used a TESTER of the morphe setting spray and put it back and decided to keep looking for a different one as we didn’t like that one. the security guard working there approached us and and loudly declared that we would have to buy it. when we asked why he said because we used it, after telling him it was a tester he said “i know but you shouldve just sprayed it on ur hand” mind you it wasn’t like we sprayed an unreasonable amount of this tester we just sprayed a bit on our faces and didn’t like how it sprayed so we were planning on buying a different one. he was making a big scene and stood by the door and wouldn’t let us leave unless we bought it. as we only had 5 minutes until our bus we had no choice but just to purchase it. it was a very humiliating experience and i think we should be compensated in some sort of way. i’ll give you a week to respond to me and if you don’t i’ll have to take this to social media.

I visited the Superdrug Manchester Arndale store. The lovely Savia was beyond helpful. She is approachable and attentive towards customers.

I was looking for a particular make up product which was not in the store and she suggested other products that were similar.
After she had helped me, I noticed she was helping other customers and asking customers if they need any help which is always lovely to see.

Kilburn pharmacy will not answer the phone. I have been calling constantly for half an hour because I can not make it to the shop.

This review is for the central branch croydon. I was so disappointed on how I was served normally no problem but on this occasion it was bad. I approach the purfum counter is get some perfume pods where young lady firstly didn't no how to do the pods which she then asked a young guy who said yes I can do them for you but told me I could not have the ones I wanted as thay was premium this is not stated on premises or wed site I was gutted as never been treated like that before. I told the guy I would go to boots which I did brilliant service no problem at all and in fact was treated so nicely will go there in future for my pods. You need to display notices that say this and train your staff better (Saturday staff) so I won't be shopping at your store agian nor will my family.

I visited the Superdrug Uxbridge branch on 06/02/26 and had a genuinely lovely experience with two members of staff.
Chloe started her shift as I was browsing the make-up section, and her warm smile and positive attitude immediately stood out. She was polite, professional, patient, and very approachable. Chloe took the time to help me access my very old Superdrug store card account, ensuring I received the discount I was entitled to. Her efficiency and willingness to help made the process smooth and stress-free. I love the Maybelline products.

Zainab also contributed positively to my experience, stepping in at the right moment and adding to the friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Both Chloe and Zainab provided excellent customer service and made my visit enjoyable. Thank you both for your help and professionalism — I will definitely be returning soon.

It was the first time in Caterham Superdrug. It is a well stocked shop with lots of staff stacking shelves dotted across the shop but all had headsets on talking to each other with no eye contact. One patronising woman did come over to see if I had messed her shelf but not asked if she could help, rejigged her items and talking and walking away. Rather rude. So went to the opposite shop though less stocked had friendlier staff. People are allowed to lift items up and read labels and see colours etc.

Really good experience...we went to superdrug Upton park for purchase skin care, the staff "Anjum" helps us to find better option and really supportive.

Hi i recently visited superdrug wimbledon store , hasan assisted me in some things i was looking for and he is such a helpful guy

They sent me to two used products and then when I asked for a refund the sent out replacements as if I’d want to use a company that sends out used items.

Always happy to purchase my necessary toiletries and sunscreen lotions in the Burgess Hill store. Welcoming staff, great products and fantastic affordable prices.

Pricing is wrong and doesn't go through correctly on the checkout, should be £29 but the basket says £50, good job I can add and check before paying. Customer service says send screen shot of all the basket which you can't on mobile. No solution just 4 hours delay before replying. Going to stop using superdrug as it isn't the first time this has happened and they still haven't fixed it. Very poor for something so vital and the customer service is rubbish with no solutions. No wonder superdrug aren't doing well

Went to Superdrug Didcot for some lipsticks. Martyna gave excellent advice on lipstick selection. lovely experience.

I had my eyebrows threaded at Superdrug in Chatham today. I have quite thick brows. The woman took a chunk out of my left brow and then proceeded to tell me I had a ‘bald patch’. My eyebrows don’t match up and the left one has been left as a thin wiggly line. I won’t be returning again.

I came in for my regular brow treatment in Didcot. The new therapist Capucine was lovely. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the whole treatment really well especially the aftercare. Thank you ☺️

The pharmacy at the local Superdrug was busy but they still found time to advise me and provide suitable medication. Amelia the pharmacy manager is exceptional.
