My overall experience was not a positive one, but I have to say that I was pleased with the way Superdrug handled it. My first order wasn't delivered by the courier (Evri) and was deemed 'lost in transit' apparently. Having contacted Superdrug, a replacement was sent promptly for next day delivery. Unfortunately Evri failed yet again. Superdrug, on my instruction, cancelled and refunded the order. Was quoted 3-5 days for my refund, but it was in my account the same day I requested a refund. Superdrug have been great, but they seriously need to rethink their choice of courier. I will not order again until this has been altered.

I had a fantastic experience at the Superdrug store in Stockton-on-Tees. I know almost nothing about makeup, so I was feeling quite lost, but Kelsey, the Assistant Manager, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional.

She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without making me feel embarrassed, and helped me choose the right products for what I needed. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service really made my day.

It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, and Kelsey is a real credit to Superdrug. Thank you so much for your kindness and outstanding service—I really appreciate it and will definitely be coming back!

Went to the store to pick up some concealer and I was met with this really lovely blonde girl on the makeup aisle, I believe her name was sollie and she recommended loads of wonderful products and advice on sun protection, I’ve been tested the products over the past few weeks and wow! I only went in for a concealer and left with 4 fab products! I hope this gets back to her as I’d love for her to know that she really made such a lovely impression and it was so nice to have a knowledgeable young lady help and will definitely be coming back soon to see her for a matching foundation! She even said she’d help me find a new summer fragrance so Trowbridge/sollie I will be coming back to visit very soon!

Superdrug in Thame. I don't often go into Superdrug, but for a few reasons I've been in three times this week and I've noticed the same women working there who has been incredibly helpful every time. Shout out to Sam (Samantha) at the Thame Superdrug who is always very polite and goes out of her way to make sure I get what I've come in for!

Very unhelpful at customer services. Wanting to know what store I registered my card at before they'll help. Who remembers that

I recently visited this branch with my family, spent nearly £100, and had an incredibly hostile and uncomfortable shopping experience from the moment we walked through the doors.

Rather than basic customer service, we experienced immediate, unprovoked suspicion. A staff member named Kulpinder approached my daughter in a highly aggressive and rude manner while she was simply browsing. As we moved through the store, we were continuously shadowed and stared down by staff, treating a family shopping trip like a security threat. When my wife accidentally opened a product, the Store Manager rudely snapped at her rather than offering standard, polite assistance.

When we reached the till, there was no greeting, no "hello," and no basic courtesy—just a blunt demand asking if we had a bag. The contrast in treatment was glaring; we watched Kulpinder laughing and joking warmly with another customer, making the institutional profiling and selective hostility against my family undeniable.

To make matters worse, we discovered one of the items we purchased was actually used. When I approached the Store Manager to complain about the hostile environment and the contaminated product, he offered zero apologies and dismissively blamed his staff's behavior on "the weather." He then made the exchange process unnecessarily difficult, forcing us to buy a replacement product for £38 instead of simply rectifying their error on a 3-for-2 offer.
The management here is failing on every level of retail compliance, consumer rights, and basic human dignity. If you expect to be treated with respect, decency, and without automatic bias, avoid this specific branch. Title: Systemic Profiling: Customers Treated as Suspects by Default
Superdrug’s Head Office (specifically Honey) has reached out to me regarding my recent complaints about their Slough branches, and I have made my position absolutely clear: I am not looking for refunds, vouchers, or money. I am writing this to expose a deeply disturbing, systemic culture of profiling operating across these stores.
Today at the Farnham Road branch, I experienced this toxic culture first-hand. While a polite female staff member was kindly helping me locate a product, a male staff member of Indian origin, carrying a radio, approached with an aggressive, stern demeanour and demanded of his colleague, "What does he want?"
As I browsed, this same staff member physically bent down to shadow me and watch my every move. When I left, he continued to stare me down with a completely hostile, unsmiling attitude.
The core issue at Superdrug is that their local management culture dictates that honest people are profiled and treated as criminal suspects the moment they walk through the doors, right up until they reach the till to prove their innocence. The experience between entering the store and paying is humiliating, stressful, and entirely unacceptable.
This is an institutional failure that Superdrug's executive team needs to address immediately.

A lady named Tiana helped me in the Teesside Park shop. I just want to say thank you so much for the help and colour matching a foundation with me.

I would like to commend the excellent service provided to me by Olivia and Shona in the Largs branch of Superdrug. I needed an adaptor for foreign travel and there were none on the shelves. These very efficient young ladies searched the store for some time to locate one successfully. My thanks to both of them.

Order with next day delivery. And two days later, I still have not received it. They use Evri which shows the parcel is out for delivery two days in a roll without any delivery attempt. It is a ready to drink shake order, I am not sure if I can return it when it finally arrives. I want to cancel the order now as I already get it elsewhere. Trying to reach CS on Facebook message, not very productive so far.

I went along to Superdrug on the Strand and had my eyebrows, top lip and chin threaded by Janki.
She was polite, thorough and professional.
She told me that I could have all 3 of the above done for a £19 bundle which I hadn’t been told before and introduced me to ‘brow fx’ a brow defining pencil which is great for my eyebrows as they grow unevenly.
She was fabulous.

I often visit Superdrug Winchester to have my eyebrows tidied
up as it’s convenient and I don’t need to book an appointment. The ladies at the brow bar are very sweet and accommodating. They always do a good job and I think their prices are great value compared to other places in Winchester. Today it was the turn of Twinkle who did a good job
tidying up my eyebrows.

I went to the Trafford Centre this week and as it was my birthday i thought i'd treat myself and get my nails shaped and painted. I called into the superdrug store on the off chance that they could fit me in and i was lucky. Sim helped me choose what type of gel nail i was looking for and helped me choose what shape to file my nails into and i chose a beautiful red colour to match my skin tone. I would never have chosen such a bold colour by myself but i'm glad i let Sim guide me. My nails are absolutely beautiful and i am so pleased and will go back to Sim again to have them done as a treat again in the future. Sim was so lovely and knowledgeable and is an absolute asset to the Trafford Ce rntre store team. I even got a cheeky little hand massage as a birthday treat too. I left feeling great. Thank you Sim. X

Well I just had to leave a 5* review after speaking to & getting lash advice from Beth in Derby into Superdrug today! She’s was so bubbly, friendly & helping me with some lash extensions & advice. Recommend her 100% & a credit to Superdrug!

Testosterone finger prick blood test.
I would like to express my disappointment, as I followed the collection instructions carefully and went to considerable effort to provide the sample. The amount of blood required for the finger-prick test was extremely difficult to obtain. Despite using four separate fingers, dealing with repeated clotting and bruising, and eventually filling the collection tube to the required level, the sample has still been deemed unusable.

Given the challenges involved in collecting such a large volume of blood via finger prick, I would be grateful if you could advise what may have caused the haemolysis and whether this is a common issue with this product.

Hot shower, exercised , 3 large glasses of water but absolutely no chance of filling such a large tube.
Tried again with a new test but decided to save my last finger from bruising as I nee trying to fill the tube again was probably going to result in the same outcome.

I would like to save £55 to anyone who is considering this test. Unless you bleed profusely this isn’t the test for you.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Lyla at the Runcorn Pharmacy today. I come into Pharmacy with severe jaw pain and Lyla give me advice on the pain killers she could provide. Lyla was so professional and caring and gave me advice on what she could provide with regards to OTC medication. The customer service from Lyla was amazing. Quick visit to Superdrug for moisturising cream. Great information given on products by the lovely Wendy, who was very helpful in choosing the correct product. Superdrug is the first choice due to availability and helpfulness of assistants.

I went in Superdrug with my kids, and the staff and manager looked so miserable and unhappy, and the manager always stands at the back over watching people as well as the staff and the shop is so small and untidy and people knocking products of the shelves all the time. They constantly move round the shop so people get confused where the stuff is. This woman tall blonde girl tried to short change me… don’t ever come here avoid at all costs!
