Worst Customer Service - We purchased a Gazebo and there was a defective part. I called immediately and it takes days to get a response. When I got the response they requested all the information I provided in my initial email. Be careful purchasing from SUNJOY.

Worst customer support ever from ANY company I have ever dealt with!! Do yourself a favor and buy from ANYONE ELSE except SUNJOY!!

I thought they were okay yeah I feel a lot better views but I'm the third one so I hope it's good man yeah I had a pretty good experience with them

Let me start by saying, this one star that your required to add to write a review, is one star to many. We purchased a Sunjoy pergola with a retractable awning, two years ago. It didn’t even manage to last the first season before the cheap plastic rollers they provide with it began breaking. It took several attempts via phone, email and their website before I finally managed to contact someone. When I asked to order some replacement rollers, I was advised that they did not have any in stock and did not know when they would be getting any in. I asked to purchase some and have them sent to me when they came in. But no, they can’t do that. So I asked to be notified when they arrived, as the pergola serves no purpose without the awning. I was told that they would be able to do that. Needless to say I never heard back from them. So I began trying to contact someone once again in late February, with the same lack of response to my queries and numerous messages. Finally I managed to reach one of their representatives via computer chat. Once again I was told that they had no inventory and there was no indication as to when stock would be arriving. I advised their representative that this was outrageous, as this money we had spent on their product had been a total waste, without the awning and this was the worst customer service that I had ever experienced. The representative apologized and agreed, but claimed that there was nothing that could be done about it. In other words, “sucks to be you.” I told the representative that I would never be purchasing another Sunjoy product, nor would I be recommending their products to anyone. I provided this feedback to their website, in a clear, polite and professional manner. Within two days I received a reply, thanking me for my feedback, but due to some policy of theirs, they had to remove it. So, you can leave positive feedback on their site, but not negative. All of that said, please learn from our experience and save yourself all of our frustration and disappointment. DO NOT BUY SUNJOY PRODUCTS!!!

I bought a Sunjoy gazebo in May 2019. Within the first year, the side covering (curtain) tore almost the entire way up. Within 15 months, the roof covering tore open, and now water comes pouring in when it rains and the patio furniture is exposed to the elements. Contacted Sunjoy immediately when we discovered this, and were essentially told, "Tough luck, your warranty is expired." If it had been even 2 years, I might have been more accepting of this, but given that we've had 2 issues with our gazebo covering within 15 months, I'm more than a little upset. Is this the type of customer service they provide? Is this the quality of materials they sell? Spent more than $1000 on a structure that can't seem to stay in one piece, and if this is the type of response I get when I have a 2nd issue WITHIN 15 MONTHS, then I will do everything within my power to make sure no one I know ever buys any of the company's products.
