We understand your disappointment — waiting two weeks for parts with no resolution is unacceptable. We have reviewed the records from our after-sales service team regarding your case. The reason for the delay in the parts was that we were unable to find out the specific part number you needed just according to the pics you sent.
However, from the latest email, our after-sales team has now figured outthe part number and quantity you require and has sent you a new email. Pls help confirm the quantity of the small parts(Y1 parts) and the number of screws you need:)

3 Gazebos assembled!
I have ordered 3 gazebos from DOMI and am impressed with the FAST, damage-free shipping and the quality of the product. The price for the quality is fair.
Assembling, especially the roof panels, is painstaking - have time, patience and at least 2 people. 3 is better.

The product looks nice from 5 feet away or so. There was too many small peices to put it together. It would have been better if it were fewer peices. The corners did not fit well in my opinion.
